Amazing service!
Amazing service! After ordering a filing box from Amazon that came without keys, I contacted Cathedral via email.
Long story short, within a day of agreeing the box was of no use, I received a brand new one.
Customer support was outstanding!
I would rate more than five stars if possible.

Good product at a reasonable price
Good product at a reasonable price. The blade was easy to install and sharp. Shipping costs were also reasonable and delivery was quick so overall I’m very pleased. I’ve always found Cathedral products well made and value for money. This was the first time I’ve bought direct from the company and it was much cheaper to do so. I will definitely buy from them again.

Keys out of stock, but they fixed it
We tried to order new "2" keys but "2" keys were out of stock. We emailed to ask how long. They said they had some "2" keys now, but the website said no. So they fixed the website and we now have "2" keys to replace the lost keys for our "2" A4 File Box. Great.
