Shaleen listened to what I was looking for in my Mother of the Bride outfit, pulled out items fitting my description and a few wild cards that expanded my views. After trying on some lovely dresses we found the perfect dress. Shaleen then proceeded to find a hat that perfectly complemented my dress.
My dress required a small alteration which was performed on the spot. Overall, an experience enjoyed by my daughter ( the bride) and myself.

I was shopping for Mother of the Groom outfit with my friend. We were served by Shaleen. From the minute we entered the store we were made to feel welcome and it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Never felt under pressure to buy. She showed me so many options, one of which I wasn’t sure about, until I tried it on and became my favourite and the one I purchased. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Shaleen.

We visited the store on Monday afternoon looking for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding and I was truly impressed by the service we received. My appointment was with Jacqueline, she was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and approachable, she instantly put me at ease. She picked out some dresses with me and then encouraged us look ourselves and select any other dresses I wanted to try. Her knowledge on the outfits was exceptional and she guided me through each dress along with a headpiece to complete the look. She helped me edit down my selection to find my dream outfit along with my hatinator, shoes and bag - wow!! This is a lovely store, filled with beautiful outfits with amazing staff! I highly recommend Catherine’s of Partick to any mothers of the bride/groom - this store is so worth a visit.

We had an amazing experience at C of P’s with the lovely Lauren helping me choose the most amazing outfit for my beautiful daughters wedding this month!
I got numerous compliments and folks asking where I’d bought it!

Visited the shop during the October week to find a mother of the bride outfit for my mum. Mum was very nervous as dressing up is not her thing. Both of the staff members who helped us - Tanya and Romy - were great at putting her at ease. Tanya listened to what my mum wanted in terms of an outfit and what she was not keen on. Between Tanya and Romy, mum was able to chose a dress and fascinator she really loved and felt comfortable in. Thank you very much for your help :) there was so much choice and friendly and knowledgeable staff that made the experience great. Will send photos after the wedding!

We went to Cathrine’s yesterday on the search for my mum’s mother of the bride dress. We had already heard good things which is why my mum flew over to go, it was our first and now only stop. We were very well taken care of by the lovely Dolly but the entire team were very warm and encouraging. Mum, who had a very distinct idea in her head, was able to say yes to the dress.. the whole ensemble actually. It was genuinely a lovely experience, I would recommend it to anyone. Visited Catherine’s looking for an outfit as Mother of the Groom for my son’s wedding. Roma served me accompanied by my future daughter in law and my son’s girlfriend. She was a star, very honest and helpful and we found the perfect outfit on the 2nd one I tried. The whole experience from beginning to end was lovely! Thank you Roma!

There was a fantastic range of colours and sizes to choose from, and the lady who handled my dress alterations was absolutely brilliant—she got everything spot on. I didn't have appointment when I went on Saturday. But they managed to fit me in . I was looking for a dress for my sons wedding Tanya showed me all the dresses and was excellent at doing her job and helped me with my choice which I am delighted with . Would highly recommend Catherine's

The whole experience that myself Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom exceeded both our expectations.
Shaleen who assisted myself was lovely, helpful, offered lots of advice and was no way pushy in making me purchase anything (even though I did).
I would have no hesitation in recommending Catherine's of Partick and all the staff who were just lovely, but Shaleen was extra special as she helped me, to any ladies looking for that special outfit.

Arrived at 4:00 to see my ordered dress and Nadia was absolutely wonderful! To save me travelling back to Glasgow after alteration she kindly carried out taking my dress up there and then - despite her not feeling well and in only an hour! Candidate for the great British sewing bee I think! Thank you so much to you Nadia my dress is perfect xxxx

It was a fabulous experience from the moment I entered the shop. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. Shaleen helped me pick a Mother of the Bride dress and I absolutely love it. She also picked me the most fabulous hat. It was such a lovely experience.

As a MOB brought up in Glasgow there was only ever going to be one shop for me and that was Catherines of Partick. And it certainly didn’t disappoint. From the moment I stepped into what is a beautiful shop I was calmed, reassured and made to feel special. My daughter, the bride was with me and our fantastic sales lady Shaleen made us both confident that it was only the right dress that she would recommend. As it was when I tried on my third dress I knew that was the one…. Thank you Shaleen for knowing what I didn’t… exactly what suited me…. I cannot recommend Catherines of Partick highly enough… the ladies are all down to earth, seen everything before but most importantly knowledgeable beyond measure. They know their trade so well and they pass that on to their customers so beautifully. So yes I said yes to the dress and feel a million dollars in my dress … thank you Shaleen you are just brilliant xxx

From the moment you enter through the doors, nothing is a problem. Staff are helpful and friendly and make your experience seamless. I went to try on dresses 8 months before our wedding. My choice got reduced to my 2 favorites. Then I went with the dress that kept pulling me back to it along with the matching hat. Needless to say I walked away that day with my outfit. Pleased in the fact that I was all sorted.
