Bad Customer Service
Ordered a set of plates and bowls as a gift sent direct. One was broken on arrival. Picture taken which very clearly shows the tissue paper moved back at the top and the bowl below broken but still in position. Sent photo to CK and told they would refund the cost of the bowl but not send a replacement, even though they were still in stock. I had to reorder the replacement bowl myself which meant another £3.95 postage to cover an issue which was theirs to deal with. Asked for refund to cover this but no response.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Really put myself and my family off shopping with this company. CK I would have expected more from you!

Lovely bag
I saw this bag advertised on morning tv at a reduced price, was amazed it was available so ordered immediately and it arrived in a few days, lovely bag, plenty room, inside zipped pockets are great, nice and bright for spring.
