Broken mug!!!
My mugs are very pretty and the quality is good. The order took a very long time to arrive. Today, 3/30/23, the box arrived. I could hear broken items inside before I even opened the box. 3 of the mugs arrived fine, but 1 Billie pink frill heart mug was broken into many pieces inside the two layers of protective wrap. I was so disappointed because it was a gift for my daughter. Too late to replace so I want a refund of the 20 mug and shipping charges. Order # 4311356

I'm glad Cath Kidston hasn't disappeared. You're a bit pricey but quality is good and I always look out for a sale. Never buy full-price items but that's cost of living for you. Stay in touch with your Laura Ashley side - there's a real niche there for pretty dresses and tops, and flower prints. Like the London collection too - to celebrate Britain for once is so refreshing!
