I love love this brand! I bought all my clothes for our Paris vacation last year from this company and oh my goodness did I get so many beautiful compliments! Their clothes are high quality, so fashionable, and very sophisticated. I definitely highly recommend this brand 💯

The package came in 10 days exactly without any problem the packaging was amazing🥰the only thing is that the quality was a bit less than expected for the price but exactly the same model as on the website❤️For the price definitely ovverrated but sometimes they have special models and I’m not regretting my purchase at all🙈

This is worst company I have bought products from. Customer service is non existent and canceling or getting your money back is impossible. DON’T BUY from this company. The material is second rate and the garment is not well made.

It’s the worst customer service I experienced I hate writing bad reviews so you know I had ordered two dresses before December 2022 for almost 300$ never got them after 2 months I canceled them and I told them don’t need them anymore until now which is may 2023 never got my refund or any news and when I email them they want to give me a voucher for 186 you must be kidding me.

Worst experience ever! Thieves!! The quality was not nearly to what they described on the website. I also paid extra 60 dollars to return the item. They promised to refund me and never did it. They never replied to my emails. Such a scam. Don’t ever buy from this website.

scam China company . Halloween costume type material for high end price. Beware

The worst company ever … made in China and the product surely reflect this as it does not look anything like the glamorous scam photos. The buttons fall off when you open the box and the customer service is non-existent. This company is truly a scam.

ABSOLUTE THEIVES! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU DO AND YOU PROVIDE YOUR RETUN TRACKING INFO THEY WIL NOT REFUND YOU. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AFTER I PROVIDED THEM THE TRACKING INFO AND PAYING OVER 100$ TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK. THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER ME UNTIL I DISPUTED THE CHARGES. THEY TOLD ME IF I REMOVED THE DISPUTE THEY WOULD REFUND ME, THEN STILL REFUSED. THEY TRICKED ME AND STOLE AMOST 800-900$ FROM ME! SPARE YOURSELF THE AGNOY OF HAVING TO RETURN SOMETHING TO THIS BUSINESS.. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Every outfit I buy is made beautiful and fabulous quality. If you would like to see any pictures of outfits I have bought I’m happy to share. I when I need a dress for an occasion I know this brand I can trust. I would say if a fitted dress maybe go up one size or have it altered locally.

An $800 package was lost. With customer service it is impossible to communicate and disappears completely.
Worst experience. I do not recommend.

I always order from Catwalk Connection, I love their unique style, quality is amazing, however, the sizes run too small I'm a S/M size with them I'm large and if I add two more pounds it won't fit anymore. Overall I will keep ordering from them.

ordered , paid , and got an email two weeks later saying my item was out of stock, asked for a refund, and of course. 8 emails later ,2 months later , i get an email saying that their department only works one day a week and theyre going to expedite my refund and still nothing !

I bought shoes for over $200 and guess what… They are from China, poorly made and even shipped from there in a small unbranded box… I wore them three times and of course there was no way I can wear them again! I’ve never been so mad about a purchase…
