First of all their products are phenomenally gorgeous and flatter
your body shape. Very unique design and no one wears same dress anywhere you go. They are reliable as for shipping too. Absolutely love it!

Horrible communication. No email confirmation. Too money straight away then only shipped when I messaged them on IG (7 days later!)

To return/exchange anything they require tracking all the way to China (they represent that they’re in Australia but merchandise comes from China). Cost for the tracking back to China they require is $300 per USPS. The quality of the suit I bought was laughable. I’m a 6 and bought a large and it wouldn’t fit a 12 year old. I’m out the nearly 200 I spent and won’t spend another 300 just to send back with tracking on the off chance I get the 200 back. Hopefully PayPal will stop working with this company and will ultimately reverse my charges.

OMG! I received my order , the material and dress is exactly as what is on the picture but you have to be very patient because order will definitely takes time to arrive and make sure to order always one size above as their sizes run small . The customer service may not answer your email but this website is legitimate and you will receive your order .

I love the items I’ve order from them. I began ordering in 2020 and I was not pleased with my first order, I reached out to customer service and they offered me a partial refund. The refund was good because I was able to get the dress tailored. All items run a size small so size up. In 2022 I decided to give them another shot and I will say the quality of the items got better! I love the new items I’ve ordered. I will say I’ve ordered jackets and the buttons seem to always come off. I’d say double sew any buttons your items have. Overall I love my outfits.

The quality of the items is always great! When you find your size, the fit it wonderful also! I wish exchanges/ returns were easier. I returned something & it came back months later.

I ordered 2 items in size L, when I received my package in a fedex envelope, I tried and noticed that it is not of good quality cneqt made in china! I returned the items to request the size above because they do not make any refunds, I returned the items on June 24 (while I received the package on June 21).
since I ask them where is my order they answer me that I have already been delivered and they send me the tracking number when I received the items in an envelope that I had returned to them! for me it's a big scam they're not in australia but in china! i'm going to get a lawyer and see if i can get my money back it's theft!
I work in E Reputation! I'm going to make sure that everyone knows their bad practices and they don't order from them! to flee!!!

If you are looking to waste your money buy from here you will never receive your order. The good reviews here are all fake!! I ordered from these scammers because I had an occasion to attend,3 months after I contacted them for a refund through email because my order was not forthcoming, they asked for my order number and said they will rectify the issue that was the last I heard from them numerous emails I sent all to no avail. I took to Instagram and went to their dms and comment I got a response saying they will solve the problem the next thing I was restricted from commenting on their page ,I tried using phones from friends they all got restricted 🚫 because this scammers would like to keep a clean slate . This was 2021 but it’s still so painful.Don’t fall in their trap go to SHEIN.They are reliable and it’s probably the same quality or even better from the reviews I see here

I ordered an XS dress and it is too big on me. I have emailed the return contact email three times to request a return authorization and no one is answering. This is beyond bull**it! People do not buy from them because you can’t return anything!

Ordered a two piece set from here the quality and fit was better than I could of ever imagined always happy with there and they never fail to disappoint can’t wait to order more pieces again.

I’ve done a return long time ago and I am waiting for the voucher so I can replace another order and I haven’t been answer for this and all answer I get you want exchange or voucher Return whenever I reply they never get back to my email to send me the voucher it’s so unprofessional I waist time and money and here’s the result

I don’t understand where they are getting all this great reviews unless they write them themselves. I ordered from USA and their sizes are so WRONG. Reached out to exchange and the address they provided was in China and had to pay $100 to return it for credit because they don’t even give money back. They also don’t have hassle free returns. The credit they gave me , you cannot use it with the coupon they typically have for 40% OFF so I had to buy regular prices and I could only buy 2 out of the 4 items I originally bought for a bigger size and the size still wrong. In USA I typically wear M so I ordered L and was still small. It’s a hustle and I will never deal with them again but if you’re in US save your money and go to Zara or other places that have better clothing for less. The quality is not worth $200 for a blazer.
