Very poor service in every sense

The products I ordered did not arrive so I had to contact Caviar House, only then did they tell me the products are not available. They were to refund me but after over a week the money still has not arrived! Altogether a very poor service!!!

Dear customer, it is true that unfortunately the item you ordered was no longer available and we informed you immediately. It is not true that we have not yet reimbursed you, because according to the documentation that we can also publish here if you authorise us to do so, the reimbursement was made on 10 February 2022.

Excellent service

Questo sito di vendita online offre una vastissima scelta di prodotti, di varie qualita' e categorie di prezzo. L'ampia descrizione di ogni prodotto ne rende facile il confronto. Grazie all'eccellente confezionamento del prodotto, e ai rapidissimi tempi di consegna (24 ore), il ghiaccio al suo interno era ancora solido.

This online sales site offers a huge choice of products, of various qualities and price categories. The extensive description of each product makes it easy to compare. Thanks to the excellent packaging of the product, and the very fast delivery times (24 hours), the ice inside was still solid.
