Unfortunately order was cancelled assume due to insufficient stock, which i don't have an issue with provided money for the items isn't taken out of my account. As of time of posting this review money hasn't been repaid back into my account neither have i had notification that it will be!! So i will need to arrange a charge back if nothing happens within a couple of days.
So my experience is Poor, yes mistakes happen but when the do i expect prompt repayment!!

We’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on Thursday after our cut-off time. As a result, it was processed on Friday morning, and we contacted you at 10am to advise that the order would need to be cancelled.
Your refund was then processed straight away. Please note that refunds typically take around 3–5 working days to appear back in your account. At the time of your review, only one working day had passed (and two as of today, 24th March).
Unfortunately, this timeframe is set by the payment providers and is the same across most retailers, including companies like Currys, eBay, and Amazon.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the refund is completed.
We’re sorry to see a negative review has been left. Although you mentioned that you understand mistakes can happen, we feel this situation may not reflect that, as we did act promptly to resolve the issue and process your refund.

Ordered a few times before and always a good experience. Well priced products with good offers. When arrived they are all as expected. The team will help answer questions and resolve any issues. Quicker response via phone than Whatsapp.
DHL delivery isn't too great - for our area it is quite an unreliable delivery company. I always select Parcelforce in the basket as they are much better, but it always comes DHL regardless.

We have had taken a look at your order, It is currently in Transit, the tracking shows that there was a attempt made to deliver but was unsuccessful.
We have tried ringing you on the mobile phone number that the delivery address is connected to but had no luck.
