They came in a timely manner for the distance. The only complaint I have ( which isn't really a complaint) is that they are fresh and hard to get a puff off it . Now trying to wait for them to dry up some. I've had this kind before but not ordered online and they were great ! I get anxious because I'm not getting the puff . Anyone else have this problem or how to help dry them out ?

Shipping was

I have recieved my package in less then 22 hrs..im not saying every package will arrive in that time but mine did. And it was well prepared for shipping. I really can't express how great shopping is with ccw.

Pretty happy about the delivery

Ordered 10 cartons of Nexus Full, the filters are not attached & sealed properly to the tobacco paper, the draw is terrible & smoke seeps from where the filter is attached to the paper, inconsistent smoke experience, I guess they get you with the price, never ordering anything from this company again, such a frustrating smoking experience & a waste of my money, my cousin smokes Nexus & these don’t even taste like his, buyer beware, who knows where these smokes come from. So f’n pissed!!! Don’t buy from this place! Do yourself a favour!!!

Easy to order, etransfer was unusual, but took less than a week to receive!

Fast and reliable

My first experience ordering from this company was extremely disappointing.

The cigarettes I received were so dry and stale that they were unpleasant to smoke. I also received chewing tobacco with a sell-by date of January 28, 2024, despite purchasing it in 2026. I have photographs documenting the expired product, including the date printed on the can. The can itself states "Guaranteed Fresh," which makes the situation even more concerning.

I contacted customer service and supplied evidence of the expired tobacco and poor-quality cigarettes.

At first, responses were prompt. However, after making it clear that I wanted a refund rather than additional products, communication effectively stopped.
What I find most frustrating is that the company appears to have responded to my bank regarding a dispute, but did not have the courtesy to respond directly to my concerns or address the quality issues I reported.

After researching reviews from other customers, I found numerous complaints involving stale products, poor customer service, missing items, and unresolved issues. My experience unfortunately appears consistent with many of those complaints.

I cannot recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again

Ordered but order on hold, with no further explanation. No order confirmation received. When I sent email inquiry no answer. Product never received.

Sure they offer next day shipping… next day shipping from when they accept your payment. Which, after several orders, I have discovered is between 1-5 business days. Contacting them does nothing either. On my last order I just gave up and cancelled my e-transfer. Awful customer service, unpredictable order processing times. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Shipment is always super fast just using expedited parcel and I'm way up in northern Alberta. I personally prefer native smokes to the chemical heavy commercial brands and ccw always has the best prices on the internet..
