I was asked to ship the $27 item back, for a return, to England for $14.25. Then after a message to Amazon it was Missouri. I got the refund but it cost $7.50 to ship. Im glad everone else is happy.

Just started reloading and have purchased several Lyman items form CDSG so for without any problems. Have mailed several times and always had a good response. Waiting at the moment for a few more bits as they are on back order, but very good on price. Would recommend.

Initially pleased with service. I ordered a few things, press, spare parts for auto disc and all delivered promptly and good value.
Then I ordered a set of Lee 308 reloading dies. The de-capping pin on neck sizer broke after about 10 cases. I'd only had them a week so phoned CDSG only to be told it was my fault and if I wanted another pin I would have to buy it.
I had some 308 cases given to me and reloaded using the full length resizing die. Went shooting and the reloaded ammunition was too tight in the chamber. I don't shoot 308 that often as fair way to go. Next trip I used Factory ammo, no problems.
Started looking into why resized cases were tight. A friend lent me his die and I got perfect results.
Spoke to Mark at CDSG, explained and sent my die back. 2 weeks later it was returned with a letter saying it was in such poor condition it was no longer under warranty, and this had been discussed and agreed with Lee Precision. At this stage I was sent a de-capping pin / mandrel for the full length die as a good will gesture and told to fit it and problems would be solved. By this time, I'd had the Die just over 6 months. The die was looked at by many people searching to find what was so bad with it. Inside was clean and shiny. CDSG ltd. stopped communicating.
I got in contact with Lee Precision and they were very help-full. The die was returned to them, the problem was sorted out and I'm happy. Thankyou Lee Precision. As for CDSG, abysmal customer service, in my experience if you get a problem you’re on your own.

I even pass other online company’s to use this one.
