I've dealt with CDSG both online and over the phone and have found them to be the most helpful and reliable business I could have hoped for. They also run simply excellent flash sales/special deals which I have got great discounts on superb items over and over again. Really impressed with these guys. Wished I lived closer so I could actually head into the store and see what they have there.

Everytime I've ordered from them, I've either received the goods the next day or the following day after that.
The stock selection seems decent (at least I've never had to wait for anything) and they also have some good deals.

I recently bought a Lee Reloading kit (50th Anniversary) which usually retails around 150 -180 GBP. Picked it up on a deal for just over 100. Amazing!

I have ordered from this company multiple times and have received a voucher in the form of discounts and free postage on all occasions. I had a problem trying to get a product to function (my fault) however I spoke to the lovely gentleman on the end of the telephone, only to realise that the problem was very simple to solve. I now purchase all my equipment from these guys, hassle free every time. Best company ever

Terrible customer service, rude and arrogant LEE precision distributor. I purchased a couple of hundred £££ worth of reloading kit from this reseller. First he made out to have done me a favour (when I was a paying customer) for sending me out a replacement de-priming pin for a defective one. When I purchased a top of the range LEE reloader from this company, it had a factory defect which only became evident when was used. I asked CDSG (Cotton Dale Shooting Ground) to resend me a replacement, this obnoxious distributor claimed that I had broken the item through misuse. (Although the item was working there was a defect on the reloader’s frame which was inadvertently damaging an indexer and could only be removed by filing the frame down, which I did not want to do on a new item) The distributor accused me of been a liar, he threatened me with his company solicitors. In the end common law took its course under sales of good act and a refund was issued through PAYPAL. Very bad experience with a company that has little pride in post-sales customer support. Avoid yourself the pain and buy from another supplier.
