I Cancelled My Order Within the Allowed Time, but It Was Still Shipped – Very Disappointing
I placed an order and submitted a cancellation request approximately 10 minutes later — well within the 30-minute cancellation window stated in the company’s policy. At the time of my request, the order had not yet been processed. The system confirmed that my cancellation had been received, and I have screenshots to prove it.
Despite this, I later saw that the order was marked as shipped. This is frustrating from a customer experience standpoint. I followed the rules and acted quickly, yet my cancellation was ignored.I mailed them with the screenshots I have, but so far, I haven’t received a satisfying resolution.

WOW, I’ve never written a review on trust pilot before but this is truly so bad I pray this helps stop someone from ordering from this site. I bought this dress for my babyshower and paid nearly $100 for it and it it’s not even close to the dress in the photo. What I received was an incredibly cheaply made botched piece of fabric. The stitching is not symmetrical, the bow is significantly off centered, the gown is not even close to floor length as pictured in the listing (and I’m only (5’4.) The zipper bunches into a big “u” in the back and won’t lay flat. There is no branding tag on the dress simply just a “made in China” tag. I could have gotten a better quality item from SHEIN or Amazon for so much cheaper. I waited too long to try the dress on so I can’t return it. I reached out to the company explaining the situation and of course they’re not willing to do anything to help. Truly so disappointing and such a waste of money when we need it most.

False Advertising, refused to abide by consumer law. Item received is not what was advertised on the website, terrible quality and significant differences - SHEIN would’ve done a better knock off for £5. The quality is horrible, your items will be shipped straight from a Chinese warehouse. The dresses look nothing like the photos. Extremely cheap material. Then if you try and request a refund they will state that you have to pay your own shipping back to china at $35 USD plus pay the import fee of $110. An absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.

This has to be a scam company using other pictures!! I waited over 3 weeks and paid over £80 for a dress that was honestly the worst thing that I have ever put on my body. It was completely different to the picture, the material was absolutely awful and so cheaply made. The dress also had a hole in the bottom along the seam and it took over a week for them to even acknowledge me and then another week of going back and forth with them before they refunded me. Do not waste your time and money!!
