Phone compatibility matters
Ubigi's eSim works still with Google Pixel 6; but does not for Google Pixel 10a. Learned the hard way by expecting connection internationally with Pixel 10a previous trip. Recommend Ubigi to verify compatibility of customers' phone product prior to customers' purchase.

While devices are designed to hand over connections automatically, delays can happen when registering with new regional carriers. In many places, we have multiple network partners available. Network switching instructions are available on our website, and our support team is always available to help so you don't have to restart your phone each time.
