I used the Stirchely branch of co-op when my daughter passed away suddenly in March and they were truly wonderful.
Ensuring our family wishes were listened too and respected.
Faultless respect when taking care of my daughter.
Lisa Morgan lead my daughters time there and did so with such integrity and support.
Arranging for her final bed to be spray painted and ensuring a fast turnaround when the top had a spelling error, even ensuring the urn for her ashes was perfect.
The whole staff team at Stirchely took time to listen to us, particularly the lady on reception whose name has escaped me, offering exceptional support and maintained contact every step of the way.
I never wanted to use any funeral service for a child but I am so happy that my daughter stayed at Stirchely to be looked after and taken on her final journey.
Lisa ensured the hearse and limousine drivers wore pink ties and recommended a wonderful celebrant who captured my daughter’s life perfectly in the service.
I will be forever grateful for how they made the hardest stage of our families life that tiny bit easier.

The team provided exceptional service. I felt comfortable asking questions, and they thoroughly explained every detail, exceeding expectations in their care for my father. When I inquired about handprints, they were transparent about the potential difficulty but assured me of fingerprints. Nevertheless, they successfully obtained a remarkable handprint. The placement and size of the hand, particularly a uniquely shaped finger, immediately confirmed it was my father's. They captured this with exquisite precision, without attempting to alter the natural curvature of his fingers. It appeared exactly as his hand would rest on his chest or a surface. I am profoundly grateful for their services. My father's illness progressed rapidly, and he had not selected a funeral home. Consequently, following his passing at 6:52 p.m., this decision was not immediately at the forefront of my mind. After the Katherine House Hospice staff prompted us, we sought a funeral home. We chose this establishment, having utilized the Co-op for other family members previously. They permitted us to remain with him throughout the process, even accompanying him to the transport vehicle. Given his preference against a formal funeral, it was comforting to be able to accompany him as he departed. If love could have preserved him, he would have lived eternally. For those seeking a funeral home for a deeply cherished individual, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. They care for your loved one with the utmost dignity and respect. Their dedicated staff members are consistently available to facilitate a seamless process. Rip Dad

Great Customer Service. The team were friendly, kind and professional. Kept us informed and Kevin and Anneliese guided us through the various options and explained the funeral arrangements. They liaised with the Officiant and printers etc. Anneliese guided our family and the family pall bearers and made my Auntie Grace feel relaxed at the end of the service. Thank you and will recommend you to others.

Tracey from the oxley branch is the best, when we planned my nans funeral she gave us the time we needed and helped us with all that needed to be arranged. She was at the end of the phone if we needed to change anything. Also when we went too see my nan the day before she made everything so lovely for us. And was there for me when I needed a hug
Would highly recommend

We lost my sister Christine back in January this year, it took some time to cremate her body but apart from this the undertakers, funeral directors, coroners and police were sympathetic and understanding on what had happened they gave us the honest truth on how she died.
