Good product and very efficient service

Sourced me all the parts I needed. Professional people come out to measure

Right from the start the gentleman who came round was Vincent to introduce us to what you actually do for the staircase, a gentleman job well done. Richard the gentleman that fitted it very clean and presented very well made an excellent job.

Ordered my new stairs, chap came out to measure and date was given for delivery.
The new stairs didn't fit because the measurements for the new stairs were incorrect, Central Joinery said this was because my fitters were not fitting them correctly. Upon further checks it was indeed because the new stairs measurements were incorrect. This cost me an extra 2 days of fitting charges due to Central Joinery's error.
I was then promised a new stair case that would fit, only to be told a day later by the owner 'sorry we can't give you a new stair case'.
I had to get in touch with the Managing Director who was extremely helpful and arranged for a new staircase to be made and delivered that did fit.
Unfortunately, I didn't realise that accepting new stairs would mean I was compromising on quality, as some of the new pieces arrived damaged.
Because of this the Managing Director arranged for his fitter to come and fit the new stairs as a gesture of goodwill.
Overall the stairs are lovely, it was such a shame that the customer experience was poor and could have been much better.

Based on I’m useless . I found the App quite easy to use when placing an order . Products seemed expensive . Delivery was a crazy cost £192 , on a cv13 post code .

Had some stairs and banisters replaced. It makes a change to deal with a very professional company that gets things sorted quickly.
There's always going to be problems with projects like this but this company work with you to get them sorted. Very impressive. 👍

This friendly, expert team made marvellous traditional wooden windows and doors for our old cottage. They are beautifully crafted and met the very specific requirements within which we had to work - we felt they listened to us at every stage. The joinery has been finished with obvious care and attention to detail by highly skilled craftspeople. We recommend this excellent company to you without reservation.

Living in an 18th century property has its drawbacks so needing a new staircase in the cottage we decided to go local. Best decision ever. Professional service and excellent team of installers made light work of what could have been a real headache.

Product and price was very good . Customer service excellent - we had parts missing and wrong sizes , but this was quickly put right .

Lack of communication between sales and client very poor resulting in client continously chasing. Then lack of communication between accounts and sales. All just very tedious and not good customer care.
All got sorted in the end although product not 'spot on'. Disappointing service.

Excellent , from survey and advice to supply , great communication.

The stairs are wonderful and were delivered on time - my only criticism was the updates after the order... I had to chase for updates where as before the comms was quite good. I can not fault the product though, the stairs are beautifully made.
