Excellent value for money. Cabin very clean and spacious, all food was good, friendly staff and evening shows were marvelous. Would book Celestyl again.

Zoe has always been helpful to us. She is lovely to talk to and knows our likes well. atlas has been challenging for her to deal as they are in America and the time difference is awkward. She has sorted everything for us.
We will be more than happy to continue seeing Zoe.

Dealing with a human face and not a screen of snap decisions made the whole event a pleasure and not a task.
Talking to Zoe and Maria at each event was like i was on the Fred Olsen cruise from the moment booking and the inclusion of extra UK time seeing my friends and family all were married together to what proved a success and very happy experience. Nothing was ever to much trouble, thank you Brian.
I will return to enjoy more happy events.

We have used Century Travel in the past and will continue to do so. Thr service we received by Katerina and the team was superb. In brief, our fight from Larnaca to Athens was delayed and left us seriously late to embark our Cruise. I communicated this situation to Katerina who took action immediately by contacting the transfer company and the vessel to advise them of our situation. Our driver drove hastily albeit safely to the port and the embarkation crew welcomed us with a smile and with only minutes to spare we boarded. Thank you Katerina and Century travel for your outstanding service. We had a wonderful time and will be in touch soon for our next holiday. 😀

Ample choices given to enable a fully considered holiday to be identified. Carriers and accommodation providers were of the correct quality /price range. Clear instructions and detailed lists of vouchers, times and locations provided. Zoe went the extra mile to ensure we were content with the package she put together for us.

Arrangements very good, including private transfer to hotel. Room comfortable and cleaning good. Nice choice of places for food/snacks/drinks. Entertainment varied. Staff very helpful.

I have used Century Travel twice to book a cruise and the staff have always been so helpful and knowledgeable. Communication has always been 10/10 and I would highly recommend using them to take the stress out of booking your journey.

From start to finish both Sophie and Gill were very helpful and professional in their approach in making sure we were happy with the travel arrangements and answered our queries in a timely fashion.

Sophie helped us choose which River cruise to choose, having once had a very poor experience with a well known provider I did not wish to see a repeat of the experience. We were signposted through the process IE cost, decide which provider, which rivers, what accommodation, which package and finally the dates. Despite the provider being new to ourselves, we were confident of the product we were being sold because of prior experiences with Century Travel. You get a useful email when the final amount is due along with a link to be able to pay from home so no need to visit the shop or bank.

The package we chose was fully inclusive so, we had transfers provided (Schipol airport to Amsterdam cruise port and Nuremberg to Munich airport) which were perfect. We were met by a driver who took us to the ship where we were met and our luggage taken to the ship. At the end of the cruise our luggage was taken to the car and we were taken to the car by a member of the cruise management team.

We booked flights through Century Travel, Cyprus is not a straightforward place to travel from/to. We had some unforeseen issues at Athens due to EES. I provided feedback to Sophie who then added airport assistance for the return flights and have to say this made such a difference (one traveler has some mobility issues and we hadn't considered requesting assistance).

Between the time of booking and to the end of the holiday I found staff at Century Travel very easy to communicate with and importantly responsive to my questions. For each holiday you get an A5 size document wallet with all the information you need which is useful to then pop your passport in so everything is in the same place.

I would never hesitate to recommend Century Travel based on my experiences of several holidays arranged by them.

We would highly recommend Century Travel after expertly crafting our trip to China Tibet and Egypt. From the hotels they booked to the airport pick ups and everything in between it was all flawless and arranged so that we were in the best places for our trip and guided by the best people so that we maximised every minute and saw more in the time we had. Always there on the end of a phone and email .. our holiday was whilst the war in Iran was going on ...but they sure they sorted all flight changes and booking stayover accomodation...brilliant service ..can't recommend them enough. Thank you Century Travel for being there for us x
