Great forethought in pre holiday planning whereby much confidence is assured regarding "all" travel arrangements. Personal service provided and such attention to detail is provided throughout by their customer services department.
No complaints at all and they are my travel agent of choice.

Hotel ideally situated - for visiting sights and for access to public transport. Comfortable room. Very friendly helpful staff in the hotel. Transfers on time.

As always, assistance from the sales and admin on approach to the trip was accurate and professional. Tickets were provided well in advance of leaving Cyprus. Transfers were on time and the drivers were helpful and courteous.

As usual Century Travel gives the most outstanding service from initial booking to actually being on the trip.

Starting with Christina our “advisor” her services and approach are far beyond excellent. She was there everytime i wanted to ask or clarify something i needed.
Its the second time she deals with us and she is super excellent.
The ladies in the office Maria and Jill have been very helpful and given us an excellent service as well.
I very much appreciated Jill contacting the transfer company in Gatwick to confirm the pick up. She deffinitely went the extra mile.

Katerina was extremely helpful, polite and arranged everything perfectly for us. We are very happy with the service and we will definitely book our next holidays with her this December. Highly recommended

The ship had a lot both positive and negative vibes for both me any my wife.
Negatives, we both ha difficulty sleeping , we were on deck 10 and could still hear the bass from the band on Deck six until finishing time approx just after 2400.
The noise from the next door cabin was bad and we could hear what was going on the corridor. We have never been so tired on a cruise.
The Market place buffet was extremely crowded and sometimes difficult to get a clean seating area.

Some positives, the staff on the lower decks in particular the restaurants, where very helpful and polite and the food was sometimes in our opinion exceptional.

The staff were very helpful when boarding and disembarking throughout the cruise.

We also spent a few evenings in the Sky Lounge , lovely views , staff and entertainment.

Unfortunately my wife on the cruise developed a heavy cold and I tested positive for Covid when I arrived home.

Overall we would score it a 3 out of 5 cruise.

Thank you Zoe and the team for organising our superb holiday in Shri Lanka. Everything went perfectly and the two Shangri La hotels we stayed in were superb. A special thanks for arranging wheelchair assistance on every leg of our travels.

Vienna is a beautiful city. Expensive but beautiful. The Hotel Motto was lovely; excellent location for sightseeing and shopping BUT Room Only, a la carte breakfast (expensive) available in the on-site restaurant. Thankfully more cost-effective cafes and restaurants are nearby.
This hotel was a replacement for the one advertised (B&B), which was fully booked. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

I found Century Travel to be excellent. They provided me with a professional service from start to finish. Emails are responded to promptly and they went above and beyond to tailor my holiday exactly as I requested. They organised separate flights, hotel, cruise, taxi transfers. Everything went very smoothly. A big mention to Zoe who was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions.

I was recommended to Century Travel by a friend, so it was the first time that I used them. They arranged a cruise for my family. Their service was professional, and the staff were knowledgeable. Our cruise was great! We will use their services again to book our next cruise and can gladly recommend their services.

Booking through Century Travel was easy and went smoothly. Once we gave the company details of the type of holiday we wanted and the possible dates, they checked availability, then confirmed with us that all was acceptable. They booked the flights, taxi transfers and hotel as well as a one-week boat trip. We were kept informed of minor changes of flight times. Everything went according to plan resulting in a wonderful holiday from start to finish.

Everything was good! We did have the initial problem with the meet and greet who didn’t turn up at the airport but we didn’t let this damper the holiday!
