The holiday itself was well organised and the advice given by the century staff from the start was excellent
The MSC Musika is an excellent ship with helpful staff and our overhaul experience was excellent, however there were a few things that could have been improved but these were sent to MSC on their questionnaire
Sadly we have arrived home with covid yet again but none of which undermines century travels performance

All staff at Century (esspecially Zoe) was very helpful during our booking process, always fast to reply and helpful even when towards the beginning of our cruise some issues came up.
Paperwork was provided on time and I felt they were always there for us. Will definately book again with Century.

Transfers on time friendly & helpful, HOTEL AMAZING, spotlessly clean, wonderful decor, staff EXCELLENT, location perfect, solo traveller made to feel welcomed, spoilt & cared for, thoroughly enjoyable experience, highly recommend.

The cruise itself went well but we were disappointed with the information provided to us by Century Travel. There were few details of where we were meeting, or connecting with other cruise clients and incorrect information regarding our luggage allowance, resulting in us paying an extra 100 Euros for hand luggage.

Everything went smoothly with the booking from paying for the trip to arriving at the hotel and everything in-between. Great time was had by all. Thank you!

Although expensive, this trip to Egypt, booked with Zoe, Century Travel, Paphos, was value for money.
All aspects of assistance were built into the trip by Century Travel. Egypt Air Flights, Aswan Movenpick and the Luxor Sonesta St George Hotel bookings, the Guides, the Nile MS Farah boat trip were fine, often amazing!
Tickets to enter Egyptian sites were well worth while getting ahead, and saved queuing. Always some new Egyptiana to see.

Century Travel are not to know the Sonesta St George Hotel Chef needs replacing! Food tired, buffet tired.
Otherwise all was good. Thank you.

Your Staff were extremely helpful, particularly Zoe and Gill. Zoe got the best holiday deal and managed to get good flight times to Vietnam and return from Larnaca, Cyprus rather than taking the holiday to Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia with Wendy Wu and Gill with the visa to Cambodia, considering it was a last minute booking. All at Century Travel are always very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Zoe in particular has always been very good, If there are any queries or problems with a particular Holiday it as always sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Personal service to try to ensure everything with your holiday goes as well as it can.

Just recently returned from nyc everything went smoothly and when you ask for any info from century they are very quick to respond and are very polite and responsive… will definitely book with them again
