Terrible. Kept getting different information from different (and the same member of staff!) as to when or if I would be receiving my tests- held me up from getting them elsewhere. Avoid, and start somewhere else to begin with. Correspondence of them flip flopping on me/changing their minds constantly attached in the photos on google reviews- nowhere to include it here. Did not hear anything until 2-3 weeks after order on 6th September. Go to competitors such as Medichecks and Thriva- never had any problems with these
Their reply below- I sent the additional information asked for by trust pilot to identify my transaction id. I have received a refund, but they have not acknowledged any inconvenience. It is not the point to just get my money back a month later. I was without that money for a month and am still without tests, and they did not fulfil their service contract. Inconvenience, time and hassle clearly means nothing. I notified them that I am disabled and have health problems via email, and I need carers to support me. Not only did this make it a terrible inconvenience, but 'stay healthy' is a very insensitive remark, because I am not healthy.

I finally got some clearity. I've alwas suspected that I was lacking a bit on vitamins so I took a test and as it turns out I have vitamin D deficiency. At least now I know. Thanks Cerascreen!

Returned an allergy test, supposed to be a 3-5 day turnaround,
2 weeks on and nothing, not even a reply to my email.
Next step will be contacting my bank to obtain a full refund.

If you get a parasite’s test with a negative result but with a note that says that a negative result doesn’t not exclude that you might have parasites and that you should consult a physician… why do I pay you in first place then?? Why didn’t you tell me this before I buy your overpriced Test??
I found cerascreen because I needed a covid test, but I was so please with the service and the way everything worked smoothly that I also chose to take my allergy test here now

I've used Cerascreen a few times for tests and overall I am satisfied they have delivered as promised. Looking into the detail the whole process does take longer than others I have used and there is a need to log the kit used online which others don't require.
On one occasion I had a query, they were attentive and supportive with resolution. I use both the desktop and mobile phone app and am able to access my account without difficulty. (Windows 10, Microsoft Edge and Android App)

Sent two emails and the test kit has been received per post office tracking and no response. No notice of receipt of kit nor emails. Nothing. Total waste of money. Please don’t be foolish like I was. Just get tested at your local doctor’s office.

I paid for a blood testing kit which arrived after a few days. I sent it back straight away and it took 2 weeks to get from their distribution centre to their lab. Got an email to say couldn't complete test as too long in transit. They sent me a replacement kit. This took over 2 weeks to reach their lab and once again got an email to say they couldn't complete test as too long in transit! They said they would send me a replacement kit and 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. Complete waste of money and time.

They forgot to stamp the return letter with the return form, when I realized unfortunately I had already done the blood test. I then contacted them to find a solution, they never responded, whether by email, on social networks they even saw my message but did not bother to respond and by phone unreachable neither.
I had to manage to find the address of the laboratory and pay at my own expense the return of the sample because their customer service is non-existent. to flee there are better stores with better rates that offer good quality services
Since they deleted my comment I rewrite it and this time they won't delete it as I will prove that I made the order to trustpilot

Tried their "Food Reaction Test". Piece of crap. Totally incorrect results.
Impossible to get enough blood into the tube. Sent an email but no response. Waste of money.
The test instructions were very easy to follow and I had the resilts in just over a week, they kept me informed by emails as the stages progressed.
In Aug 2016 I had a knee replacement, on the form it asked about allergies, I stated I was allergic to nickel and other things but the surgeon either didn't read what I had written or didn't think it was important. After the operation I had to stay in hospital longer because I kept being sick. I lost 9 stone in six months and had nerve damage in my leg. I have had patch tests since and they have found that I am also allergic to Colbalt and Chromium and also Highly Allergic to Nickel. I have been to three different hospital but the surgeons refuse to take it out and put a different kind in wiithout the metals. They think it is all in my mind but in the USA they are replacing them and people are getting better from their symptons.
When I saw that Ceascreen did this Heavy Metal Test I knew I had to give it a go and I would have paid double for it as it has answered so many questions for me. The three metals I quoted are outside the normal range, this at least gives me something to take to the doctors.
I can't thank Cerascreen enough for just being there and helping me to perhaps prove I have been right all along. THANK YOU

I ordered the test on the 6th of June and it waited to be delivered to their lab (God knows where) for more than a week. It’s been 12 days and I still don’t have the results. Today they informed me about the high number of samples they’re getting and not sure when I can get the result. (oh you should have told me when I ordered your expensive test which has proved to be waste of money) Nowadays these suppliers don’t accept any responsibility but continue to market their products with false promises. Never again

Over a week and my test hasn't even reached the lab yet. They give you a Royal Mail 24 Hour so you think they will get it the next day but apparently, this is only the hub which is clearly a very long way from the UK to be over a week to get there. I wish Id read these reviews before ordering. Won't be using them again.
