Sample sat for a week before it was…

Sample sat for a week before it was marked as received, and was unsuitable as a result. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful replies. Now on me to provide another sample, get to the post office the same day, and hope their handling procedures have suddenly gained competence in the interim. Difficult to have any faith in their results when their procedures are so cack-handed. Avoid.

SCAM ARTISTS

As far as I can tell this company is a scam. I payed over $200 for a test and they kept my money and never provided me results for my test. They said they’d give me a refund and then didn’t. Then I submitted the second test they sent me because they never refunded my money and they never gave me results for the second test either. It’s been about a year since I payed them. SCAM.

One star is being generous

One star is being generous - Been almost a month since I mailed them my blood and no update from them, despite several attempts to their (apparently fake) customer support.

There are other/better options.

Don’t bother unless willing to do several times

Update: I have absolutely no idea what Cerascreen’s response means, my sample wasn’t returned to me. They’ve clearly not bother to read my email, review, or further details they requested by Trustpilot. Says a lot about them really.

Awful, won’t recommend. Seems like a lot of previous complaints said there was an error with returned samples and they needed to do another. My sample got rejected. Whilst they offered a free replacement, I had already suffered 2 weeks of severe stomach pain from eating the foods to be tested, and I didn’t want to do it again. They offered a full refund, but my time had already been wasted. I feel like this service is on the cheap, will pay for something more diligent instead. My recommendation to Cerscreen: pay for a proper 24hr courier service not Royal Mail, make packaging more sturdy as you just throw a piece of card into a plastic envelope to prevent damage in transit, make package fully trackable, give medical sealable pouch to put samples in to avoid contamination, publish failure rate so people are aware how likely they are to need to repeat, explain before purchase the diet requirements before sampling, rewrite instructions to be more clear.

Omega 3 test, worked well!

I ordered the Omega 3 kit on the 17th Jan 2022, it arrived on the 19th Jan, and I returned the very same day. Within 2 days I received confirmation that the sample had arrived at their warehouse and a further 2 days later it arrived at their lab. Yesterday evening , the 26th I received the email report, so all in all a very efficient process. The only improvement that I can suggest is maybe a little more info on the report on the target levels for each result would have been fantastic and I would have given 5 stars but all in all no real complaints.

No sign of results not even conformation of test received back.
Tried to contact and keep recieved email in german

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I cannot recommend this company AT ALL. The only reason I am giving two stars versus one star is because Customer Support did respond to concerns. They were not helpful but this reply.

The money spent on the most extensive food sensitivity testing was entirely wasted.

- My mother and sister received identical results, which is a red flag. They do not live together and only share a mealtime together once a week.
- I am also certain they would not have been able to consume all 252 different foods (within the two weeks) prior to the blood draw (stick). And, it would be unwise for them to consume any of the 44 foods, if they had a suspected allergy.
- Several of the foods we hypothesize they may have a sensitivity to were indeed consumed in the two weeks prior and still did NOT show up as an issue.

Everything was easy to understand and…

Everything was easy to understand and complete, and customer service was very responsive and helpful. It did take almost 2 months to get my report on the app, but they did email it to me when I asked about progress, about 2 weeks after they received my sample.

I ordered a Covid-19 Vaccine…

I ordered a Covid-19 Vaccine Effectiveness Test. It arrived promptly and I did the test and returned it to a UK address. I was unaware that they then sent it off to Germany for testing, resulting in a huge delay, and so far no result.
The website says that you will receive your result 1-2 days after the sample is received in the lab, it neglects to mention that the lab is abroad, and isn't where you post the sample to.

Great experience from the very beginning

Everything from the very beginning was really smooth for me, I am using their multi vitamin capsules from a very long time now and I can say for sure that I have experience some great results after consuming those capsules

Poor experience- would not recommend

Got this as a gift from someone. I've been struggling with stomach pain so I thought this test seemed to be the best test. However, after reading reviews on other websites it seems this test/company is not trustworthy. I received my kit and sent the sample to the lab and after tracking the kit, I see that it arrived on a Monday. I received NO updates from the company throughout this whole process, besides the email that I had activated my account and test. One week later, still nothing. They claim the results will be ready in a few business days. I've tried contacting them via their website and instagram. It took about 3 days for someone to respond, where one person said they would get back to me and another said the sample was not received (false) and they could send another. This seems to be what all their customers experience as well as I have read reviews on a lot of other sites, and it seems like a cycle of them claiming that a sample wasn't received even with proof that it was, sending another test, and then this repeating. I would NOT recommend this test or company to anyone.

Accurate and fast!

We first used Everlywell, but they don’t do allergy testing, just intolerance. We ordered Cerascreen intolerance and allergy… got results within 10 days of mailing! The intolerance results matched identical to Everlywell, Which proves to me that Cerascreen is legit and accurate! Very pleased.
