I had some difficulty receiving my official SFPC certificate because I purchased it before taking the exam, along with other certifications. Since the exam preparation course includes a specific step for acquiring the official certification, I couldn't receive the certificate and badge after passing the exam because I had already purchased it and wasn't going to pay for it again. The course seemed to me to be trying to cover as many marketing topics as possible but with little information. In my opinion, the exam did not match the course material. Having already some marketing knowledge, it was ok for me. Super ok. But considering that this course is presented for people without professional experience, from my point of view it is a bit difficult. When I encountered confusion and difficulties, the specialized staff contacted me back quite quickly and helped me with pleasure.
