This lingerie is truly a 10 out of 10! The bra gives a beautiful shape and fits perfectly all day long. You can immediately tell how well-made it is. The panties are a dream—super soft and comfortable on the skin. I have rarely experienced such great quality. Absolutely recommendable!

I ordered a bodysuit and I accidently ripped it apart. They immediatly sent me a new one. Very sweet people through Customer service e-mail!

Terrible customer service. I had to wait a month for my order (from june 22) to finally arrive. I emailed several times, but then they delivered the wrong size. I asked for an exchange, but apparently, that's not an option in the Netherlands. You have to return it and reorder, but then you pay for the return shipping. I emailed several times about this as well, asking if they would take responsibility, but they won't. They deduct the return shipping costs from the amount you receive back. I've never been treated so poorly at a webshop. Calling or chatting is also impossible. If you want to be sure your order arrives and that if they make a mistake, they'll handle it honestly, never order from Creamy Fabrics.

I had to wait a very long time for my order. The returns form didn't list all my items, and you have to pay a €7.95 return fee! They also respond very slowly or not at all. They also don't offer any customer service. I wouldn't order from them again.
