After scouring the internets for a frame, no longer in production, to replace my mother’s favorite glasses ever, I found them on Chakshu London. Upon ordering I was informed via email from Maya, the frames were erroneously listed as in stock and I could cancel or allow Chakshu to make it right. Before I even had a chance to be disappointed, the frames were sourced, procured, shipped (expedited at no cost) and delivered. The customer service was beyond outstanding and ordering from the states, well above the level of customer service I have become accustomed to recently! I’d go so far as to say, you could charge a premium just for the CS experience. I will never forget this experience and Chakshu London will forever be my first stop, for all my eyewear needs.

My eyesight was getting worse in the middle of lockdown so I was apprehensive about getting a test done. But the service & professionalism at Chakshu was amazing! I was really impressed at how COVID-secure everything is. My optician (a beautiful guy with a beard) really knew everything - from a speedy eye test, to taking a 3D render of my eyes to check everything was ok, explaining it all to a layman like me, and then helping me choose the best frames! Can't wait for them to arrive!

I had been looking for a brilliant pair of new spectacles all over London and just couldn't find the 'one' until I fell upon Chakshu on Parkway in London. The wonderful team were so inviting and welcoming and there was a wonderful selection to choose from and there was the pair I had been looking for!

Great customer service and really happy to purchase glasses in the future from these guys. Bit of a delay due to C-19. But completely understandable. There are bigger issues in the world right now. Lovely little touch in the end with a hand written personal note. Very much appreciated. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

I've purchased a couple of different glasses from Chakshu over the years, and get my annual eye test from them too. Chakshu is a beautiful shop located in Camden, with amazing staff that go the extra mile every time. The broad range of selection in their frames makes me want to purchase their entire catalog! I cannot these guys enough.

I bought from overseas, did not remove VAT but very happy with good price. Very good customer service, shipping by Royal Mail was faster than expected.. A good buying experience. The glasses arrived today, excellent packaging, and a nice hand written note. Good job thank you

I managed to get a pair of SALT frames sent out for nearly half the price of another local opticians. Maya, in particular was fantastic at sorting everything for me - including express shipping, I had the frames within a day at no extra cost. Super pleased with my choice! :)
