Champagne One stocks the champagne that my husband likes so I just had to buy it for Christmas Day. It was packaged perfectly and delivered quickly in time for Christmas so I'll definitely be returning for more.

Great price and fast dispatch and delivery

Ordered champagne on 29 November. Chased on 11 December and was promised resolution the following week. Followed up again on 20 December and was told on 21 December it would be dealt with after the festive period.

It is now 17 January and I still have no order and no refund.

Extremely amateur operation with poor communication and broken promises. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service.

Here we go again. After receiving hideous service I thought I’d give this co another chance. 4 e mails 2 phone calls and still no reply regarding my wine order 6 days ago.

I placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery on the 18th Dec. Item was delivered on 23nd. Not a next day service i paid for. I emailed champagne one asking for a update with my delivery but received no reply from them.

I won a bottle in their Christmas giveaways. Because of how hectic they were it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas.I had to message them a couple of times but thankfully it arrived safely in January and was wait the worth, absolutely delicious. Thanks @ChampagneOneLtd.

Ordered champagne as a gift. When it didn't arrive I got in touch, only to be told that it was out of stock. Ryan claims to have then processed a refund, which - more than three weeks later - still hasn't been received. Good luck trying to get through to anyone as the telephone is permanently on ansaphone with a recorded message claiming they aim to get back to you within one hour... This sounds almost identical to other reviewers and I wish I had seen them before ordering.

Ordered two bottles of Champagne for a birthday present. The website said in stock available for express delivery. Three weeks and several emails later, having missed the birthday I asked for a refund. Told it had been actioned to my credit card and would take 3-5 days. Eleven days and several emails later, still no refund they asked for my bank details. Fat chance. Contacted my credit card company to sort it out. Disaster from start to finish.

paid for expedited shipping and 10 days later, nothing-they blamed the carrier but they just did not process the order--but obviously took the funds and the increased costs for expedited delivery--after multiple contacts finally got the champagne but no apology or shipping refund--you need to do better for these prices!

*** just to update refund was eventually received after threats to take action. Ordered champagne for Christmas, never received and despite email communication early December with Ryan who told me it was out of stock, no refund received. Told on two separate occasions it had been refunded but a complete scam. Accept orders for things not in stock and then won’t refund.

Satisfied with product and delivery

Would highly recommend, I was skeptical at first as I had never heard of the company before but after checking on trustpilot and ordering through them I would recommend to anyone. Fast delivery, affordable prices and brilliant service!

The package was delivered safely. It was fragile, but every care was taken with securing the contents, making sure it was very well protected.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY - look at the negative reviews- all the same pattern - try and phone before you place an order and you will see that the phone never gets answered -placed an order with them that they stated online that was in stock for quick delivery ,order did not arrive, when chased, (only by email , as the phone number just rings out to voicemail), offered a cancellation and refund as the product not actually in stock , did not process the refund, chased promised refund again and never happened again so two failed promises of a refund- try google maps on the address, you will see you are buying from a corner shop - terrible communication, and terrible customer experience- AVOID -
