Unfortunately once again I have had issues with my delivery. The item I ordered was showing in stock. I placed the order paying for a 2 day delivery. After 3 days I contacted Champagne One via email as you can’t speak to anyone and was advised they were waiting on stock. I received my delivery nearly 2 weeks after them taking my payment. Throughout this year there have been issues with stock and delivery. I have to contact them to find out what is happening and ask for a refund of delivery. Previous to this year the service was excellent. I really do hope that things improve with Champagne One.

Delivered quickly. Well packaged & the recipientwas very, very happy. Thank you. Another bottle (or 2, or 3!) will be ordered soon.

i paid for fast delivery,we needed wine on wednesday for a wake,it arrived a day late

Ordering and despatch of wine via Parcel Force was quick and easy. Packaging superb, well protected bottles.
Had issues with receiving delivery and deliverers following the updates.( they were on time, but not mine!)
Phone call to office HQ was reassuring but not sure the message was able to impact on the delivery.

Really hit and miss. If the product is in stock the service is good, but they are not transparent about the fact that they don't hold much stock. I placed an order on October 4th and still haven't received it (28th Oct), and no-one is answering the phone to explain why. Kind of expect better in 2025.

Very quick delivery. A lot faster than I expected.
Packaging was brilliant.

Ordered two boris wine glasses. Arrived very quickly, really well packaged and just as I hoped they would be. LSA black presentation box great to dress up and reusable. What’s not to like.

The wine arrived safely and very well packed. There was a slight delay in delivery, having paid an express delivery charge. But communication, by email was quick and sorted the problem out.
Will definitely use again.
Just an update. I will stick with 5 stars and use again. But I was promised a refund twice, having paid express delivery. I never got it.

Great value, after a communication error customer service soon sorted that out got me.
Good delivery and will certainly buy again.

The wine is fine, but no indication of arrival date and many weeks to wait.

*Fraudulent company warning*

Following on from Champaign One accepting my order and taking my money, on stock they say they have. After several times chasing, I was told the stock does not exist.

I have requested a refund. However, over two week of waiting and two separate reply’s from the company saying my refund has been processed, I am still waiting for my money.

The only reason I can assume that they advertise stock they do not have, and refuse to give you your money back is that they are a scam company.

It is also worth noting, the company has contacted me directly to remove my review as they do not want the bad PR.

I placed an order for six bottles of boxed Moet in June. A month later I hadn't received anything or heard from Champagne One as to why there was a delay. I finally found out that they were struggling to get hold of the boxes. I decided to continue waiting but yet another month went by with no delivery or updates. After further chasing it was suggested I chose an alternative champagne which they did have in stock. This was over a month ago and once again I have received no delivery and communication has been shocking. I have now asked for a full refund but once again no-one is responding to my emails. A complete catalogue of disasters and completely non existent customer service.

Wow ....got a bottle of wine we had at a hotel but couldn't buy in the shops .Excellent service ,very quick delivery and packaged really well .Will be ordering again very soon ....Thank-you

Was disappointed with this company. I wanted a specific Champagne which their website showed was in stock. I paid for next day delivery but nothing arrived for 3 days. I tried to call them but all their phone numbers were out of order which immediately panics you. Eventually they did email me to say they were out of stock and would I wait 1-2 weeks for them. This was too late for me so they refunded me the goods and the delivery payment. If the phone numbers had worked and I didn’t have to spend time chasing them and then my credit card company I may have given a higher score as they did do a full refund.
