100% amazing throughout! Great experience on the website, and the prices are cheaper than most other places. I used Swift delivery which only costed me £2.50 and my items arrived in under 24 hours, in perfect condition!!! Living in the UK, it can be hard to find Pokemon products that are legit, so I strongly recommend Chaos Cards.

Ordered a board game for a bday present and when it was opened the recipient found it didn't have all of the correct contents. Clearly not a Chaos Cards created problem but a manufacturing problem. Customer service responded quickly to a call and sent out replacement pieces immediate via courier for free. Problem solved. Great service.

I made an order online and faced complications where the order wasn't placed but my money had been taken. I contact customer services and within a couple of hours not only had I been contacted back but the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service ❤️

I ordered something from this website on the 23rd of December and received it less than 24 hours later on Christmas Eve.

I had a very pleasant experience and received my item in perfect condition very promptly.

I intend to use this company again in future as a result.

when something goes wrong outside of the shops control how its handled tells you a lot about them.

Royal mail screwed up my delivery, sending it to god knows where and claiming it was delivered. i contacted chaos cards after it became clear royal mail where choosing to not fix the problem.

chaos cards responded quickly and told me that they could either replace 2 out of 3 items (last one out of stock) or refund the whole order.
i opted for the replacements. i had the refund for the one of stock before the end of that day and the replacements arrived a few days after during the Christmas period. they even apologized a couple of times for what 100% royal mail's fault.

would recommend and order again.

Packs are 100% weighed and kept behind , brought 20 packs of mega evolutions and not a single hit

Had looked everywhere in town for the WSL 2026 sticker tin and couldn’t find it saw this website online and Ordered late afternoon (about 4.30pm) on 23rd December not expecting it till after Xmas and telling my daughter she would get it for the new year - couldn’t believe when they arrived this morning, Christmas Eve at 9.30am. Fantastic service.

Good prices, good selection of products. I'd been let down by a different game company whose stock levels were wrong, but managed to get my order from Chaos Cards instead and delivery next day (before Christmas) for a very reasonable price.
The order did show up next day, well packaged too. I would definitely purchase from Chaos Cards again!

Amazing service, ordered Thursday, dispatched Friday and received Saturday. The games arrived well packaged and free delivery... Can't get any better than this

Purchase a box set, a tin and a 3 packs of yu gi oh boosters, took 8 days to come and law and behold, there's no booster box in my parcel. Was asked to send in a photo which I did and I haven't received a reply back and I'm being ignored. I'm happy to change my review if this is resolved by either another box set or a refund. It isn't even for me it's for a Christmas gift.

Edit - thanks Andy for resolving my issue. Chaos cards please stop using Royal Mail they are awful and have been a massive problem in our area! Other than the issue above the items that did come came in great condition and sealed

First time using this company and won't be going back. Ordered a pokemon collection box, that's came with a promo card and 6 booster packs. Of the 6 booster packs, only two were unopened. The other 4 had been resealed. They opened so easily that it was clearly a resealed pack. One of the packs had been resealed in a random order so the cards were mixed up and only 9 cards were in it.

I bought a Pokemon holiday calendar from here. The box was not sealed when it came which I thought was strange. I thought the first fusion strike pack I got was resealed but I wasn’t sure. Now I’m definitely sure they have been resealed. Groups forums also say from the evidence I sent. I still have more to open. I will be making more videos and a massive post on tick tok. YouTube and Facebook. I will be tagging chaos cards as this is a joke.

Fabulous customer service! I ordered some pokemon cards as stocking fillers for my kids, and then realised I forgot to add a Funko Pop to the order - I emailed immediately (late at night) and received a response first thing the following morning where I was advised by Andy how to place the order for the missed item and so they would combine into one package. The items all arrived with no issues and we'll definitely shop with them again.

Terrible, they have a stupid rule of opening anything pokemon related. They say to combat scalpers but don't make them better because they are now ruining it for genuine collectors. I enjoy opening and owning a sealed collection. They take this away from the customer. Cant buy anything as a gift there. Would avoid! Wont be going back there at all. Wouldn't surprise me if they make you open any single packs there as well. God awful place. Service from tillman was poor as well acted all sarcastic and cocky about having to open it. Drove all the way there to treat myself and left extremely disappointed won't ever return.

I accidentally placed my order to the wrong address and even though it had just dispatched they were able to to get the location re-arranged. For me it was Greatly appreciated

Great value and a good range of products, especially Pokémon cards. Dispatch is normally pretty quick and items are always well packaged, arriving in good condition.

Bought some Pokemon cards from Chaos Cards, decent selection at reasonable prices (given the difficulty in sourcing Pokemon Cards), delivery was very quick (2 days) and packaged well. Recommend!

Was lucky enough to win on their raffle system to purchase Pokemon. Finally stores are getting product into real collectors hands! Take my hat off to ChaosCards beating the bots! One of the best stores around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! LOVE CHAOS CARDS!

Chaos Cards are a beacon of light in pokemon shopping. Received an invite to buy products at retail price and couldn't be happier. Its a shame magic scalp house only pretend to do invites. Chaos no 1.
