Been buying from Chaos Cards for years now and normally they are really good but my past order arrived damaged, whoever packed the box decided to put the 4 booster boxes in the bottom and then all of the packaging material on the top instead of padding out the bottom of the box too. Packaged turned up with a huge dent in the bottom of the box and 2 of the booster boxes had dents on the corners. Contacted support who said they had no more in stock and offered me a partial refund of £18 for the 2 booster boxes worth £200 combined. Now I dont know if the cards inside are OK or not, if I open them and they are all damaged, if I can even send them back as the customer support agent who was messaging me did not answer anymore of my emails. Very disappointed in Chaos Cards right now.

One was a packet of 10 for £67.99.. it arrived clear as day had be opened and resealed like clear as day asked numerous people every single one said without doubt it had been opened. When I tried to tell caos cards just got a reassurance emails that didn't whatsoever reassure me as I could see clear as day (it wasn't just that packet that had been tampered with either most had been obviously tampered that was just the most expensive single packet of cards I purchased) low and behind my son's birthday comes and he opened them guess what? 11 cards in the packet NOT ONE GOOD ONE NOT 1 STAR NOT ONE HOLLOW NOTHING JUST AN EXTRA CARD! Wouldn't mind at all if it hadn't been tampered with but it's a million percent been tampered with the packaging and the extra card. Very sad birthday boy thanks to caos cards robbery.

Initially I thought these were pretty good but after receiving multiple damaged packages(huge dents on one) and talking to the customer service team I feel I was wrong as the service is poor. Was told it was basically normal and acceptable for my package to be damaged on two different occasions. Customer service is poor and doesn't feel like they care whatsoever in all honesty. Brought 3 of the same promo and 2 of them were bin worthy one was okay but all in different conditions, so very inconsistent on singles. I find it strange they don't offer any kind of solution other than return the item which is obviously inconvenient and time consuming but also if it's on a pre-order there's no guarantee they'll have the item and I feel that they could just claim back off royal mail postage and give you nothing basically, which they probably do..

I've ordered twice from them now. Great selection and variety of cards and excellent customer service.
The first order was 36 single cards. It was packed, shipped and arrived very quickly with no issues.
My second order was for 69 singles again packed and shipped very quickly. But I was missing a few cards, fortunately the customer service is great. They were friendly and responded to emails quickly. They sorted out my missing cards with no issues.

I'd recommend them and I'll definitely use them again next time I'm shopping for cards

Great experience as usual. My go to tcg retailer. Ive had many opportunities to purchase product from Booster Bundles, Booster Boxes and ETB’s even the SPC. Without them I would not have the opportunity to buy these products. The prices are MSRP or lower for new drops and current generation products. Unlike other TCG retailers that say they hate scalpers but extort their customers. Products are packaged well and delivered fast and on time. The service is always 10/10.

Well packaged! Not how the poor reviews left portray... in my opinion the people complaining about this company are the people who are salty they didn't get a good hit in their packs.

My product was well packed arrived safely and I was notified of the parcels delivery date prior. Everything a good company does/should do. This is my 2nd time using chaos cards and never had an issue.

Chaos Cards is the best website I've found for buying Pokémon cards, I've gone through every website and Chaos Cards have the best prices, and I like how there is a limit on how many you can buy which allows everyone who's trying to collect have a chance to buy cards :)
My items have always arrived fast and in a great condition.
I also like the points reward system I think it's great :)
I would 100% recommend this website if your trying to collect Pokémon cards!

My go to company for rattlecans

I mostly buy colour forge rattlecans from Chaos cards because they're the cheapest place I've found for these and the cheapest delivery,
On top of this their customer service dept are great.
Always fast to reply, friendly and really helpful.
I very much doubt I'll go anywhere else for these and will be starting to order other paints from here too.

Managed to order a White Flare ETB. Good price ,great condition/sealed, well packaged and dispatched quickly. Great service

Received my order and noticed fusion strike booster pack was ripped on the seam. Had 2 packs of 151, 12 destined rivals and 3 fusion strike not a single hit.

Misleading sales. Company is using images of more desirable sets to mislead customers into purchasing. This has happened multiple times. This is in fact illegal.

Bought gloomhaven 2nd edition and shipped to Denmark.

Bought it with their special delivery fee that ensures the cost of toll and customs are settled, meaning that the shipping price and therefore total price is fixed.

Great customer service. I rang to enquire if they would be able to post my parcel via Royal Mail, due to issues with other couriers delivering to my building. The gent on the phone was affable and polite.

I ordered on the 14th, it was dispatched yesterday via Royal Mail, and arrived today.

The only quibble would be the size of the packaging it arrived in as we don't have recycling facilities in my building.

I've used chaos cards a lot now, and they always provide good prices and quality service. When two binders arrived damaged, they were more than happy enough to send two more as replacements, despite stock being hard to come by. A big thanks to Andy for sorting that out for me
