Chapter Law and in particular Charlotte Bull and her assistant were excellent. I asked to Complete within 6wks of my offer being accepted and Charlotte went above and beyond to make it happen. Even though I pushed for a very fast Completion, Charlotte was very diligent in her review of the Title and property information. With the help of Charlotte at Chapter Law, I managed to sell my house stress free. She was always available to talk when I had a question and kept me updated every step of the way. Even down to me not knowing how to fill in certain forms, I gave her a call and she talked me though. Nothing was too much of an issue for her. Was recommend by APMorgan when I sold my property. Very poor communication, didn't call back when said they would, slow response to emails. App still showing "enquires" which was October 22. Had 3 solicitors in the end as 2 left. What was supposed to have been a quick sale, as no chain, it took 5 months to complete. Even had to chase completion statement! Would not recommend.
