Found I'd not put the right coin's in but Chard's sorted it out for me and gave me a price within a couple of days. Received funds very quick. Very reliable. I would not go anywhere else. I find chard's has good integrity and that is what matters. 5*****all the way.

safe postage n package
My product came safely and securely in packaging. This was my first time using Chards, but I will definitely do so again. Loved the B'pool rock too. Prices are always cheaper than those of the Royal Mint, and I believe Mr Chard to be a fair and decent man as per his videos on Youtube.

Convenient buying on bank transfer and delivered to home.
But took long to be delivered ( for a £ 28 costed delivery) and I did not get a time interval window for delivery.

Once an item has been despatched, the delivery timeframe, routing and any time-slot or delivery notification are managed by the courier. Unfortunately, we have no ability to influence whether a specific time interval is offered. We also can't control delays that may occur once the parcel is with them, for this reason we do feel it is somewhat unfair for a review to based on an aspect of the service that is outside of our control.
