The process of buying is smooth. I had to rebook the collection about 3 times and there was no issues mentioned. Easily did it for me on phone.
Derek helped me when I came to collect the coins. He showed me abt the coins. The markings. Abt the makers. It was so nice to know.

This was the first time I had been to…
This was the first time I had been to Chard's to buy or sell. After the checking of my documents, and handing over of the silver bullion I was selling, the lady asked me brother and I to take a seat. A few minutes later my documents were returned to me and we were told the money was being checked. Shortly after this we were moved to a more private area as other people had been admitted to the office. The money was automatically counted by a machine, witnessed by an additional member of the Chards staff, placed in a plastic bag and given the transaction document in a sealed envelope.The staff were very pleasant and curtious. I stress free way to sell bullion.
