Really kind and helpful
The company in Peterborough were so kind and helpful.
We have a very difficult address in the wilds of Scotland and it took 4 weeks hard work to sort it out.

Presumptions blind the issue
The person I spoke to on the phone from charis sounded like she had presumptions and couldn't hear what i was saying becasue of it. She described the wrong items to be delivered and said that was what i'd chosen. It wasnt & it wasn't what was delivered later either.
