The service provided by Charis Grants on the Let's Talk Energy Fund was excellent, demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and a clear commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes - especially through very difficult times. They engaged through every stage of the application process and their updates were very clearly explained/relevant.

I came to hear about Charis through my energy supplier (EDF) and given that I was eligible to apply for the new white goods I did so. I just had to fill in a simple firm and await the decision. After being granted the decision I received the 2 item and was happy with every element of the process. I’m also very grateful for the 2 items I received.

Chairs contacted me about there fund and fortunately for me I was accepted and received new appliances which are fantastic, only thing is I received An email saying my application had been approved but within an hour I received another email saying “because I hadn’t replied to previous emails the fund application approval is withdrawn and I was no longer eligible “. Then a few weeks later I was contacted from the supplier to arrange delivery. This made me think the whole process was a scam . To my utter surprise the product was delivered and fitted on the arranged date. I am very thankful and happy with the group just think the correspondence could have been clearer

It was just a smooth like silk experience from start to finish.

From choice of products, communications and being able to pick an installation date that suited me. Everything was delivered professionally.

I was contacted by this organisation regarding a new cooker which I so badly needed. It was most welcome at a time when new essential items are unaffordable to some, a case of make do with old equipment until a miracle comes along. Thats what happened to our family, like an angel descending, we were offered this new equipment and I had to question whether this was a scam. I soon found out it was not, and this organisation took care of everything for us, from delivery to installation, and removal of old equipment. we could hardly believe the difference this has made to our lives, An energy efficient piece of equipment, no more second guessing of the numbers on the dials, and a light in the oven to help see food cooking. I cannot thank Charis enough for this cooker.
