We are SO pleased with our new chair. It is bright, attractive and comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes to assemble and was delivered quickly. Hesitant to buy as considerably cheaper than most so was aware it could potentially be cheaply made and poor quality, but having read the reviews I went ahead and very pleased with the result. Lovely chair at a good price
Lovely chair at a good price, shipping was fast and it was delivered on time and with care. I put it together in less than 30 min. Instructions are straightforward and easy. This is a secondary chair for my crafts table in my office. So far it feels comfy and looks beautiful and stylish.

Great product, not so good after sales service.
As usual a superb product, somewhat let down my their after sales service.
I asked if I could buy three thin metal .
brackets and a few screws used to connect stacked boxes.
I was quoted £8.99 plus £3.99 P&P which i thought was way over the top.
From now on I will be buying from another company.

Nice furniture but…
Happy with the furniture I ordered. In fact, I wanted to place a second order (2 more items) but I was being charged twice for the delivery. This made no sense, so I contacted customer support and they confirmed delivery is based on the number of items ordered. The furniture I wanted to buy this time is 3 times smaller and 3 times lighter than the first one but I’d be charged double. Ridiculous!

You are right that the new units you mention are slightly smaller, but I can confirm that they cost the same to send. When you contacted us we did check to see if we could make any savings to pass on, but unfortunately we cannot package them together due to their size. I hope this clarifies why we have been unable to offer discounted postage on this occasion.

The build quality of these LP storage cubes is excellent and they are very easy put together (less than 10 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver). Good quality materials, very well packaged and delivered quickly - couldn't ask for more! I have already purchased 4 triple cubes and will be back for more.

Shocking quality product
Shocking quality product, but great service from Charles Jabob.
Nest tables has poor quality to gloss finish, but worse still was the side legs were 4mm shorter than the table top. I couldn’t be bothered to try to arrange a collection after unboxing it and building them, so I I just threw them away and lost my money.
Wouldn’t purchase from them again!
