Great table very happy.
The table is great very happy thanks. Only down side on day of delivery driver called to state that he would not be delivering to my door. Luckily I managed to get someone to collect downstairs or else I would have returned item. This is not ideal and due to this I would be unable to order anything again disappointed.

Poor quality furniture & a cost to return
Poor quality furniture arrived.
Be aware: Wanted to return but because of the above I have to pay the return, it’s not worth returning due to the cost. This is hidden in the T&Cs.

When you contacted us on the phone, the reason you gave for your return was that you no longer needed the item because it doesn't match with the decor. Because the chairs are not defective or faulty in any way, we explained that you would need to pay for the return courier.
This returns process is standard in the industry, but all of our return policies are also stated clearly in the Returns and Terms and Conditions section of our website which can be easily viewed and read before purchasing any item.

Perfect blend of style and function for a teenage bedroom…
The chair arrived much more quickly than I expected and I received good communication about dispatch and delivery date. Packaging was secure and the chair was exactly as described and easy to put together with the clear instructions supplied. I had a little difficulty taking the protective cap off one of the parts, and was worried I wouldn't manage it at all, but better that than it be damaged.
It's for my teen daughter's bedroom and the plush velvety finish and comfortable seat makes for a suitable chair to use at a desk without being out of keeping for a teen girl's bedroom.
