Bought some from Gloucester Services.
Everything leads you to belive this is a dipping oil made using the traditional olive oil.
Quickly when you taste it becomes clear the design of the label, bottle etc is designed to deceive.
It is in fact rape seed oil and tastes horrible.
The manufacturers need to be more honest.
Only good for throwing away.

I bought the rosemary thyme and lemon bread dipper and from a deli shop on holiday and unfortunately didn’t read all the ingredients on the back.. just the label on the front . I presumed it was olive oil but when I tried it I didn’t like the taste and then realised it was rapeseed oil and not olive oil…. I thought real dipping sauces use olive oil only …Very disappointed …my friend also bought one at the same time and likewise she expected olive oil for the price and she thought it tasted very bland

Bought a bottle of the mango and chilli dressing from our local farm shop as an expensive alternative to my usual supermarket offering. It is without doubt the worst I've ever been unfortunate to buy. It actually tasted like it was off, so bad I threw the plateful in the bin with the remainder of the bottle of dressing, still had a 10 month date on it! Utterly foul stuff !

I did contact customer service for a few questions regarding the panel by the phone, very helpful. All questions answered. Screen was delivered following date. Anthony who delivered was very polite and friendly in making the delivery smooth and also explained some tips which was very useful.
Can't really ask for any better service than that. Excellent service. Thoroughly satisfied.

Excellent value for money and good quality. I bought the set of 5 bread dippers and couldn't fault them. I l9ved all the flavours but if anyone is a lover of lemon drizzle cake, tglhen give the Lemon, Balsamic and Juniper Berry a try !!

Tried the Jerk Marinade and it was awful. It was extremely disappointing. It was full of various herbs, and that was basically all we could taste. No chilli in it which I though was a main ingredient, no sweetness, or hotness at all. In fact nothing at all like jerk, just a jar full of mixed herbs and oil. Completely spoilt my meal and also made me feel ill afterwards.

Ordered bread dipping oil set which was damaged in transit - through no fault of Charlie & Ivy’s as box was extremely well packaged.
Spoke to Marcelle and although during the Christmas rush received a replacement set the next day! What wonderful customer service.

I have ordered from Charlie and Ivy's a few times and their oils and mayonnaise are amazing. There was a problem with my last order and on emailing them on a Sunday evening I had an immediate response from Jennie and a replacement was sent and received within 2 days, so their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend ordering from this company and will certainly be buying off them again in the New Year.

My daughter bought me a gift set of Charlie & Ivy’s dressings, dips and mayonnaise for my birthday, she knows I love dips and dressings so this was honestly the best gift for me.

I especially love the Lemon & Dill Mayonnaise, so much so I spread it on a slice of lemon drizzle cake. Don’t knock it ’til you try it!

Based on my enjoyment of the gift set I sent off for some Chilli & Lime Mayonnaise, try it with some avocado salad, it’s the perfect match.

They do some amazing vegan products too. Keep it up Charlie & Ivy’s, you’re onto something!

I wanted a part standard and part non-standard order and asked if they could help. They were so courteous and obliging and I received a beautifully packaged order of bread dippers a few days later. The warehouse staff had thoughtfully written in small letters on the back of the non-standard items what was inside the sealed boxes so I knew who to wrap the gifts for. One recipient has so far opened the gift and loved it so much that they are ordering some products themselves. Thank you Marcelle and all at Charlie & Ivy's.
