It was terrible! Please don’t trust them! They are big liars and the item sent me was way different from what they showed in their ads and the quality was very very bad !!!

They are scam.
I had to laugh out loud (with a shock) when I saw the product delivered.

If below 1 rating was available, that would be accurate. Total scam. Agree with all other comments - TOTAL SCAM!!!. It is not leather products - Nasty polyurethan!!!! Charlotte is NOT based in NYC. If you try to return it, they send you some creepy address in mainland China that cost twice more to mail than their shitty products. No return processed ever. Suggest uniting our efforts and driving this scam off Insta, Shop and other platforms so they learn their lesson how to scam consumers. AVOID at any cost and file consumer complain to shut this scammers down.

Don't buy it. They never deliver it. It's been 2 and a half months since I made a purchase and nothing. When inquired by the late shipping I got a nasty response telling me to look into their shipment policy. After proving the agent wrong they changed the status but still haven't shipped it. I write them weekly and get absolutely no replies. 1 star is because you cannot rate it 0. No wonder they are running out of business. If they really are, because it's been a long sales advertisement and they are still "operating"

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Charlottes Footwear. I ordered boots from them, but despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I never received the product. Furthermore, my money has not been refunded, and I have not received any helpful communication or resolution from their customer service team.

I would not recommend this company due to their lack of follow-through and poor customer service.

It’s a SCAM. There is no such business or a brand . It’s made in China, shipped in a bag 5 weeks later and smells like a toxic glue and polyurethane.
There is no box or a brand name on the shoes.
It’s not made from leather.
It’s a scam and fake website made by AI.

Bunch of BS Artist - the advertisement said the company was going out of sale and the pictures of boots looked genuine. I did receive the boots - but it was nothing like the picture, very very cheap....horrible!!! I wish them nothing but Karma for tricky advertisement and product.

I came across this site while shopping for shoes. It looked legitimate, and a quick search turned up U.S.-based reviews and videos showing the shoes looked decent. I didn’t find any red flags at the time, so I ordered two pairs ($97). I never received my order, and the company has completely ignored my emails to their support address.

I’m not someone who’s easily scammed—I work in a field where spotting this stuff is part of the job—but this site got me. I’m disgusted. From what I’ve now seen, they’ve taken money from a lot of people. This website needs to be shut down.

We all got scammed at the same time. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund?! I will be reporting to the BBB but I’m truly horrified.

I have contacted this company by sending multiple emails and through their website. I bought 2 pair of boots that they advertised was PREMIUM LEATHER.The boots are NOT leather and poor quality. Shipping back is 10X the cost. They offered me 30% and to keep the items. I asked for $50 or 50% credited back to my card. They have yet to respond.

I ordered a pair of black premium leather boots from Charlottes Footwear and got my order about a month later. I got a VERY LOW QUALITY pair of boots made of rubber. They are a fraud. I immediately emailed and asked for a full refund. They offered to give my $30.00 of my $69.00 I spent on a boot that would have cost me $15.00 at any store in Michigan. Guess what?! They NEVER refunded a dime. This company is a fraud! I posted photos of the boot on their facebook page, warning others of what they'll get and they blocked me. I reported their to facebook for fraud because there where I saw their Ad. They said they were in New York and closing down their store, but it was all lies. They are overseas, scamming folks.

First I did not know until after I placed my order that the business closed over 5 years ago. Next everything they say about shipping and when your order will be sent is a lie. They are trying to force me to keep and pay for an order that I cancelled. Their delivery company dumped the package on my walk way and call that a delivery. I asked them to come back and pick up the package because I had cancelled mine. They told me they were sending the driver back to get the package. Nobody called or showed up The is a Scam team. I have the package but never opened it. I am not going to let them force me to accept their package after I cancelled the order.

I cannot give this CHINESE company even one star. They fool you by the professional looking ads. Customer service is obviously AI generated. When tracking my pkg. the website suddenly disappeared. No reply to email. No shoes delivered. Thankfully my bank reimbursed me.

I wish no stars was an option. Worthless shoes shipped from china in plastic bag. Not real leather and company does not give a return label, so return to china is not an option due to high return shipping.

They are using the website to look like a legitimate company which they are not. When I saw the shoes I screamed. The stitching was off, and they were the most uncomfortable shoes. I managed to get my money back through my bank. I was able to prove that the company were scammers. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. I hope that this company is taken down and the only way to do it is we have to work together maybe it will send a red flag to the Federal Trade Commission.
