Update , refund promised via e mail 19th Feb.... ooh what a surprise no return of money to my bank account and no response from company. Reported to trading standards I hope they stop this crooked company

Stay away people, just been scammed!
DO NOT HANDOVER ANY MONEY!!

Safety boots ordered on 20/01/24 with a delivery promise of 4-5 working days. The boots didn’t arrive.
Chased via email on 29/01/24. I had a reply the same day saying that the warehouse was ‘a little behind’ due to the amount of orders being processed and that I would receive the boots within the week. The boots didn’t arrive.
Chased again via email on 04/02/24, no response to date.
The matter is now being dealt with by my bank’s Retailer Disputes Team. I will get a temporary refund from the bank whilst the investigation is ongoing - it won’t be reversed if the disputes team find in my favour.
So very very wrong - it appears they keep on taking customers’ money without fulfilling their orders. Shop elsewhere!!!

They have turned the telephone system off so you can only email now!! and this is the quote on their website

"In addition to great products we offer a gold standard customer service by bringing back human contact, no automated machines"

Boots ordered took over 7 wks to arrive
2 wks later they had fallen apart
6 wks later we were told to glue back together and they would send out a new pair.
3 MONTHS later, we are still awaiting the replacement.
Wouldn't mind if they were cheap boots but they were over £150.

Ordered Timberland work boots but never arrived . No one answered any of emails until I got Paypal involved and then they promised to send but never did ! Got my money back after 1 month of ordering ( from PayPal ) This company should not be trading !

Items never arrived no customer service all by email to which they never respond so useless avoid

This company either has a serious problem with their internal systems or they are scammers.
Avoid at all costs, thankfully I paid with PayPal so got my money refunded easily.

This place is a scam. No phone line and emails are not replied to.
They still have had my money since november,
About to start legal action.

Avoid this company. Complete Scammers. Take your money, no product arrives, and do not answers messages. Just about to start legal action.

If you want to give your money away, give it to charity. Just been refunded from PayPal. You will not receive your order.

Ordered company work boots on 4/12/23 expecting them to arrive before we broke up. I sent an email 15/12/23 as not heard anything in regards our purchase to be completely ignored. Was then on annual leave so phoned for an update on 8/1/24 which hung up. Sent an online response form the same day for it to still be pending. I’ve since raised a dispute as clearly this was not the company to use for work safety boots. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible service!!! Ordered a pair of work boots, three weeks and four emails later still no boots! No communication from anyone at the company. I have now emailed asking for a refund! Boots ordered elsewhere and arrived 2 days later. Shocking company avoid at all costs!!!!!

I bought some Timberland Pro boots for my son which arrived late but in time for Christmas 2023 so big deal. After wearing them in for a month, the sole started to come off one boot. I emailed the company with an attached video showing the damage. They asked for photos rather than video which I did. Since then there has been no response despite chasing many times. They are clearly avoiding responsibility so I will have to go through my credit card company. AWFUL - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Purchased boots on 19/1. Money taken and since then apart from one apologies email on the 24/1 apologising for the delay - nothing. Have emailed twice, used the on-lnie customer services and still no response. Really poor customer service. Things don't always go to plan - but face up and own it. Don't be faceless and impossible to get hold of - especially at this business size.

Well what can I say.
I ordered my Timberland safety trainers 28th Jan, received nothing.
Emailed many times and received no reply.
Just seen all the reviews and seems like it's standard practice.
Avoid this useless bunch or crooks at all cost. Wish I had read some reviews before ordering.
