Very negative experience
This company is deceptive. They claim that every order must make a satisfied customer, but that is far from the truth. We made a mistake with an order and wrote to them immediate to get it cancelled, but they refused to cancel the order (even though the email to cancel the order was made less than 5 minutes after placing the order.)

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. wouldn't give them any stars. Very poor quality, unwilling to have products returned. (Did not send a return address yet offered an minium refund (pennies) which would not even cover postage - so I would be still out of pocket even more!!)
Website states high quality and design which is not true.
I've learnt my lesson the hard way and will always review a company before buying online again.
Will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission which I suggest anyone does if not happy with this company.

I purchased a Monty Python inspired…
I purchased a Monty Python inspired wall clock for $46 AUD - item is not as described, no cover or seal over clock face despite images clearly showing a glass or plastic cover.
I complained to them and they offered me a $3USD refund.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. They are selling overpriced rubbish that is wrongly described.

I attempted to cancel this order within two hours of making it and they tried to claim it was already sent. Their items are all available cheaper ( a lot cheaper) elsewhere. This company is like the dodgy market stall you wouldn’t want to buy from.
