Chase London 

Should have researched this sham of a company prior to ordering. Items received shared 0 likeness to the online photos, and were comically small.

Avoid.

AVOID complete scam as per all other reviews - same experience items look nothing like images and painful to return due to high shipping cost!

I ordered a watch, should have been a Citizen eco, received it 8 weeks later it was a Chinese copy, contacted them but your talking to a bot, waste of time. I contacted my bank Halifax told them it was a scam etc, through Chargeback they refunded me within 1 hour and said that Chase London would have 30 days to supply them with proof that they sent the item as described if they don't then I keep the money, we all know they won't contest so I got my money back and a free watch, so if you have the same issues do as i did and play them at their own game. Remember under u.k. banking code all debit transactions are covered by Charge back and your bank must offer it. Give it a try

Scamming scumbags, Finally managed to get a PayPal refund after a month of emails back and forth from these scumbags! Sent it back to them and luckily it got there. I have reported this company to trading standards, Facebook, PayPal and their website provider, they shouldn't be allowed to operate but looks like they are still scamming people. False advertising pretending to be from London when they are Chinese scumbags selling less than sub standard clothing only good for the dustbin or car cleaning cloths

Do not order from these Chinese scammers !
Ordered what looked like a stylish jacket from Chase London's website. 3 weeks later i received a terrible quality garment, awful colour, style and arms way too small. Nothing like as advertised !
Website totally misleading (sale due to moving from a larger warehouse to smaller one in London - the poor quality garments come from China !) After 5 emails back and forwards with Customer Services, was given a returns address in China with a warning Chase London would not be liable if the parcel was lost at customs. Alternatively i could keep the jacket and get 20% refund.
Filled out Chargeback forms from my Credit Card Company, but apparently i don't meet Mastercard's criteria for a refund as Chase London offer a refund if the goods are returned to China !
My fault for not researching the company before buying. This company needs closing down !!

Don't buy here. It's cheap low quality clothing from China that are nothing like the pictures.

You can't return them because the cost of shipping/chance of getting caught at customs is too high.

Would give 0 stars. Phoney Chinese company - goods never received. Reported and recommend everyone avoids. They have no connection with London at all

Chase-London Clothing Retailer. Not only are they a Fraudulent Merchant, but they are also Financial Terrorists !
Wasting my time, the Coventry Building Society, the Co-Operative Bank, the Financial Ombudsman Service and others. I am surprised that the two Banks are Supporting this Fraud, rather than me the honest Customer - See more on these two with my forthcoming Trustpilot Review.

Placed an order on 17th May from somewhere that gives the impression that it's in London. It's not!! Everything comes from China. Apparently, my order was sent to the shipping agent on the 19th May. Here I am with the shipping agent "processing" my order still as of today 29th May . Can I cancel? Oh no! Apparently my can't get a refund as my order "has been shipped" Even though my order is still in China they can't do anything Will I get anything from this company? Doesn't look like it. I'd say stay away from this company!!!!

I fell for the hype, I assumed from the name it was a British company, feel so stupid, products were not as described, cheap rubbish, I was offered a 20% refund and had to send the products back to China!

Absolutely rubbish, received the top and the quality was very poor, sent them 3 emails, no response yet. Never again. Scammers

Nothing but crooks, bought a "Citizen" watch from them, I should have known better, you are NOR going to get a Citizen chronograph watch for £39.95, when will we ever learn, cheap,tacky,copy, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHINESE CROOKS you will live to regret it.

When will I ever learn ? Bombarded with ‘ Your item is on the way ‘emails but it still took 18 days. On arrival I found it to be poorly made and far too small. Wouldn't even fit my 14 yr old grandson …..and the Yodel delivery driver broke my letterbox stuffing it through. As a previous reviewer said , I wouldn't trust this company for any returns, so I’ll keep the shirt rather than have any more to do with them.

Substandard goods that come all the way from China, when you contact customer services they ask you to send photos and videos, when you do they ask you again and again repeatedly hoping you ll give up but you can raise it with your bank in online banking.

Absolute crooks ordered a citizen watch and a blatant forgery with a dodgy Chinese insides. Offered 20% told them what they could do with it. Going to trading standards in the week and I shall put crap comments every time I see their adverts. Only thing that was made in China in recent years and lasted, is COVID.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ABSOLUTE CROOKS

Bought some items thinking they were good quality. they were not as advertised. Asked for a refund and eventually was told how to return them. However it's been almost a month since I returned them and I still haven't got a refund. Very poor service all round

Everything on the website was false: there was no London boutique; the garment was nothing like described; there was no label in the garment; the colour was very different and it was very small. I couldn't even get my arms into it. Even 'Sent by Royal Mail Tracked' was a lie. The parcel came via Yodel.
I emailed them after noticing the Trustpilot reviews and tried to cancel. They replied that everything comes directly from China and it was en route, so couldn't be cancelled. So much for downsizing the London boutique.
Their customer service is available all day, 7 days a week; that would not happen in the UK. I think that the customer service is also in China. There will be a few people here in the UK relabling parcels for the courier.
Anyway, the good news is that I had paid via PayPal, and having explained the case and included a photo plus a link to the site, they immediately refunded me!
