Same here, the product received is utter rubbish, don’t give up or waste time, file a dispute to your card issuer or report the transaction to Paypal. Also don’t forget to report the issue to UK Trading Standards.

Horrid polyester, badly cut and not at all like the picture.
Reluctant to accept return also would cot to much.

Somebody else wrote this review but sums up my experience perfectly. Opened my package today and think something should really be done about these sites. Poorer but wiser!

Possibly cost Chase as much as £2 per item. So giving a 20% refund after a retail price of £35 leaves a healthy profit. Should have read Trustpilot. Only myself to blame for being scammed.

Product delivered isn't what they show (cheap imitation). Shenzhen based not London. I returned the item for a full refund (cost me £8) and they claim they never received it even though I have DPD proof.

If only I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Totally illegal bought a jacket there was nothing like what was sent and they completely refused to refund even after I posted it back they said that the tracking number was wrong. This is scam. I’m going to try and see if I can get their website taken down in the UK and go to trading standards.

Item has not arrived. Seems like it’s from a Chinese company which was not made clear on initial purchase.
Never buy from this company. Scam!

Pictures are AI'ed as the real items are completely different. If you want to return the items you have to send them back to China at your cost. I have returned the purchased items and never received a refund.

Same scam situation, nice photo on website, awful tatty product supplied. 20% refunded to avoid ‘return it to China’ scam. I put their original sweatshirt picture into google images and about 200 images were matched, all with similar websites and return policies to Chase London. This scam must be huge 🤬

So I bought clothes from chase London on line , only there from china !! The quality is so poor they are nothing like the advert the sizes are I not uk or eu . And no refund with ought charges!! RIP Off !

unfortunately I too have been scammed with rubbish item. Their 30day guarantee policy is rubbish as you have to send back to China. THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OFF LINE. Perhaps Trading Standards can deal with these fake money grabbing people.

Poor quality counterfeit products imported from China. Product takes an age to arrive and poorly packaged. They do not give refunds and spin out the customer service using BOTs. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Scam outfit that operate a business model of fake representation of quality products at reasonable prices, then sends sweat shop tat and ultimately offer you a 20% refund. Or you can send the tat back to Asia at your expense and IF they receive it you get a full refund. In your dreams!

The people who run this and the platforms that advertise this crap - ie facebook - ought to be charged with fraud.
Kicking myself for being tricked into ordering the rubbish by assuming the photo is anything like the product - all of this will presumably end up in landfil
