Had a dreadful experience renting in London through Chase Evans. Our property manager, Nelly, was consistently slow to escalate the smallest of maintenance issues. Between that and an unresponsive overseas landlord, communication would often stretch over months and require us to chase repeatedly. This culminated in the end of our tenancy, where external damage to our building led rainwater to leak through the ceiling and cause extensive damp & mould. For the month in which we remained in the mouldy flat, Chase Evans performed no remedial works and we had no choice but to terminate our tenancy early. It took a further month to receive the end of tenancy check out report, following which Chase Evans made false claims against our deposit, which further dragged out the process of reclaiming it.

I recommend this company especially Mint Mot. They are very helpful and professional.

Mint Mok was our rental property manager, she always looked after us and was very attentive to our needs. I highly rate chase evans.
