The property agent Kin Lee is responsive and reactive. He was able to offer high flexibilty and help over the tenancy management. Furthermore, he gave good explanations to the landlords' questions. Besides, he could negotiate efficiently with both landlord and tenant to reach agreements benefiical to both parties.
