SHAMELESS FRAUD: Manipulating 3-Year-Old Data to Steal Auto-Renewals!
This company is running a complete billing trap!!!!!
My card was auto-renewed today for annual fee. I caught it immediately, didn't want the service anymore, and asked for a refund within hours. I sent exactly 3 messages today (the purpose of which was to understand where can I get an app for it, and this when a realised this not ChatGPT).
Their support team literally replied and denied my refund because they claim my account has "516 messages used." Think about how insane that logic is: they are counting my lifetime usage over the last THREE YEARS to justify stealing money for a billing cycle that started today. They are using messages I sent in 2024 to claim I'm ineligible for a refund in 2026.
They also hide behind a greasy loophole in their terms saying refunds are only valid from your "first ever purchase." Basically, once you pay them once, they think they have a lifetime right to charge your card forever and you can never cancel or get a refund on renewals.
Don't even bother wasting your time talking to their customer support—they just copy-paste automated scripts and manipulate your data so they can keep your money. I've already reported them to Paddle (their payment processor) for fraud and will be calling my bank. Stay far away from ChatbotApp.ai, don’t even purchase from them!!!

Good Product, Poor access to live support
There seemed to be a disconnect between the app itself and the billing service Paddle. It took several weeks to sort everything out, which some of that was on my end, because I gave up for a few weeks. I had tried to set my daughter up with her own account, but I kept getting another account for me. At one point, I tried to cancel the additional accounts, but in the process, they cancelled the one account I wanted to keep. I then decided to set up a new account on my other email address, to find out that I had done and couldn't get back to in the fall of last year. This was all difficult to explain to a Bot and eventually was straightened out. The end product is great. I have listened to the dangers of AI and I understand, but I think the dangers have always been in all things. Good people will do good and bad people will do bad. Good triumphs over evil in the end. One caveat, good people sometimes do bad things, and bad people sometimes do good things.

I dislike that when I cut and paste…
I dislike that when I cut and paste results, the transfer includes the text box surround the text and I have to rewrite what I tried to cut and paste. It didn't do that previously but now there's a text box surrounding the results and inconvenient to retype the results.
