Not happy by the fact that after few…
Not happy by the fact that after few uses, it may come back and tell me that I already used it too much. This happened multiple times especially with Claude.

It scammed me when i was gonna purchase…stalled out as well
It scammed me when i was gonna purchase claude. I paid for a 7 day trail / Its fake and kept locking up regaurdless of what embedded a.i. used. This is a total con that has purcased google ads to rank at the top using claude as a ket word . WARNING! DO NOT USE. I'm very upset .

I requested a refund within the refund period stated in their own policy and had not used the service or sent any messages. Despite this, support replied saying I did not meet the eligibility criteria, without clearly explaining why or providing any account records to support that claim.
Their refund policy says refunds are available if the request is made within 3 days and fewer than 20 messages have been sent. In my case, both of those conditions were met, yet my refund was still refused.
Very disappointing experience. The process felt misleading and unfair, especially for a service that had not been used. I would strongly recommend reading the refund policy carefully and being cautious before subscribing.

Scammy deceptive company with fraud like practices

This has to be the most scammy site ever. Their website is Intentionally cloaked to look like ChatGPT and Anthropic so it's easy to get confused about if you're signing up with the real thing or not. Was using Anthropic and was confused why it kept telling me to upgrade even though 30 dollars was just taken out of my account after a trial period (was busy with work so I wasn't able to sit down and test it out until the week after the trial which wasnt a big deal since ive heard good things about Claude.) Used 1 search and tried to cancel the 3rd day after the 30 was taken out once i noticed I'd been scammed and they refused to refund. Be extra careful with what you sign up for. This deceptive scammy company isn't affiliated with any of the real AI engines and piggy back off their looks to deceive people into thinking you're getting the real thing. TOTAL. SCAM!

Subscription trap - avoid
I accidentally subscribed, requested a refund the same day, sent zero messages - never used the product. Followed their support team's instructions, which led me to believe we were undertaking a refund process. Provided everything they asked for, then heard nothing for 10 days. By the time they responded, they used their own silence to place me outside the refund window. Intentionally misleading. Scam-like behaviour. Avoid.
