Have made numerous deposits and a few withdrawals since I’ve had an account. Withdrawals were always processed within 24 hours at the very very most, yesterday I won £780 and requested a withdrawal over 24 hours it’s still pending and the live chat service say I have to allow two days for processing even though upon withdrawing it tells you one business day! I will not be making any future deposits after I receive my withdrawal!

After allowing me to deposit £900 which then i went on to win £1000 i tried to withdrawl on the 8th of August. They then asked for verification on the 9th which i sent and been told would take 72 business hours to be looked at. Spoke to numerous people and told the same thing that they are looking at this. Made a complaint on the 16th and told 2 days and still heard nothing. This company is an absolute joke.. STAY AWAY!!

Absolutely appalling! If the wagering requirement of 35x after depositing and spending £10 on games isn't bad enough, to get a free £10 games bonus... they decide to change it to 99x's wagering req' and expect me not to notice! So instead of me wagering £350 i have to wager £990.00. I wouldn't have known, but i was very lucky and had still won £80 AFTER i'd already wagered nearly £500 from this bonus, not realising i had gone way over the £350 and ended up wagering £639. It's still not withdrawable, and says i have £351 left to wager! I'm now down to £50 left from the £80 i had won, and they've been completely ignoring my emails and screenshots, for nearly 2 weeks... where i'm proving to them, that it said, and STILL says on their website that wagering is 35x on the games bonus!!!! Not 99x's £990!!!! Stay away from them!
UPDATE: They never answered ANY of my emails, or chat help messages. I lost the whole £80 i had won... appalling site!
