I have now worked with Helena at college on several occasions and have already noticed the positive impact she is having with the learners in her one to one sessions. Her strong and lively character helps motivate the learners and I believe that these attributes can be used by myself in group sessions, as long as I have the pleasure of working with Helena next year.

I always look forward to my sessions with Helena. She makes my day. Love how patient she is with me. She always gets me to show her makaton signs which I love showing her.

I didn’t any link to join the training that I payed about!!!

Working alongside Olivia is amazing. She is always there to support my professional development by modelling therapies, providing resources and having professional conversion about the children I support in class. Olivia is an asset to our school and I honestly couldn’t do what I do without her knowledge and encouragement!

Been seeing Olivia since the begin of February and has made massive improvements with my son who suffers with speach delay due to hearing issues.

My daughter Roopkatha is in orange-2 who was diagnosed with autism last year. She has been taking sessions with Miss Olivia since she was in reception. In one year we’re noticing fabulous improvement in her speech. Now at home she is so much fluent which was totally unimaginable few months ago. She is becoming more and more confident day by day. I am so much happy for her current performances. I should say that Miss Olivia did a wonderful job.

Where to begin! .. I have been lucky enough to work alongside a Specialist Therapist from this company for more than a year now following their appointment to our education setting. I can honestly say the difference to our school has been astounding and recently voiced by Ofsted as "simply stunning" Anne-Marie is wholeheartedly dedicated to children with communication difficulties. She has approached a three form entry school involving vast and numerous complex needs with utter professionalism, dedication and compassion. Reports are thorough, yet manageable with clear targets and time spans. The Chatterbugs team within school are approachable, helpful and very skilled. I would without hesitation recommend Chatterbugs within an education setting.

We have had a fantastic initial experience with Chatterbug since joining them in September. Rosie as SALT and Louise as CALS have both fitted seamlessly into the way that we operate. They have both shown commitment and genuine investment in our school, they are flexible and great communicators. On top of that, the quality and pace of their work in supporting our pupils has been great. This has been such a positive move for us as a school. The only thing stopping me giving a 5 star rating is the fact that sadly Rosie is moving on and unfortunately Chatterbug are unable to cover the service to us for a few months which means a delay in service. This is far from ideal, but not influencing my judgement of the service too much as it has been so strong.

Chatterbug have supported us in school for a full term now and have been truly AMAZING! The therapists have worked so hard to support our children, advise and support parents, coach and support staff and generally provide a wonderful speech and language assessment and therapy service. Anne-Marie Owen is with us as our main therapist and she has been such a great asset to our staff team (and has supported me so much in my role as SENDCo). Aaliyah has also supported us with assessments and therapy programmes, as has Maria. Both have been very knowledgeable and again, supportive of us as a school. We are a large, 3 form entry primary school, with a high level of SEND, particularly SLCN. I would recommend Chatterbug to schools and parents. Thank you Chatterbug!

Olivia is a valued addition to our team. She is approachable, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to support us as a school. She takes it upon herself to help make resources for our classrooms and communicates regularly about the progress of the children. She is a superstar!

It's lovely to see such positive reports about the therapists bit unfortunately we're not in a position to comment.
The process and delays in the service are atrocious. We waited many months for an assessment appointment following referral.
After the assessment we still had not received the assessment report 10 weeks later and it only arrived after I enquired as to its whereabouts.
After the report identified a set of therapy needed, it has been further 17 weeks and we still have had no support.
I have received several calls offering dates for a set of sessions but these have been changed 5 times now and I have no faith that the last set of dates that I have received will go ahead.
The service may be great when you finally receive them, but I cant comment on that!

We have had the pleasure of working with Rosie Acton this half term and she is absolutely amazing! She's such a lovely person and is so knowledgeable and helpful. She really gets to know our children and I have had nothing but positive feedback from parents and staff. As SENCo, Rosie has even helped me with my role and it's such a weight off of my mind to know that Rosie will be coming in each week to support. We are really lucky to be working with Rosie this year and all of us at my school just want to say a BIG thank you and give Rosie the recognition that she deserves for all of her hard work and expertise so far.

Over the last few months, I have had the pleasure of working with Katy and I just want to say that she is AMAZING!! She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what she is doing to help the children and has even helped me with my own confidence. She is a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to see what else she can do. I loved my job before, but now I love coming to work on a Tuesday because I know I'm going to see her and get support from her.

Always did what they said they would and the skill and knowledge of the SALT's and CALS were invaluable. Thank you.

Helena has been amazing! Quick but detailed therapy plans which has allowed us to make excellent progress with our children. Thank you!

Olivia has been absolutely wonderful to work with this year. She quickly made a good rapport with all of the children on her caseload, and they all look forward to spending time with her. Olivia is so knowledgeable, and always makes herself available for any red base staff member if they have any queries. She shows that she knows each individual child’s needs, and goes above and beyond building strong relationships with the parents as well as the children. She always helps the staff with resources/games and strategies, so we can continue her hard work in the classroom. Thank you for being such an important part of our school team!

We have been fortunate to have Tript and Louise from Chatterbug to work with us, and the children have made fantastic progress. The children love working with them and we can see a marked difference in their speech. Both Tript and Louise are very friendly and approachable, we get reports and feedback the same day so children can start their new programme immediately. Tript discusses new programmes with staff and will model them, if needed.

Two of my children do speech therapy and see Rachel pierce and Both me and my children love her to bits she is absolutely fantastic always there to help any questions and always keeps me updated with both the girls one is ready to be discharged and the other has come so far they both look forward to seeing Rachel each week
