A wonderful and definitely worthwhile service - even over video chat!
Tracey is an incredibly efficient and effective Therapy Assistant. She was immediately able to pick up on any verbal queues my child had which needed improvement, giving actionable insights and guidance for how to improve my child’s speech. She is very warm and friendly, instantly creating a connection of trust with my child, so much so that my child stated “She’s very nice” immediately after her first session. Impressive, as the sessions were done through video chat and not in-person due to the coronavirus pandemic! Her worksheets and support are very helpful and I would certainly recommend her and Chatterbug for any speech or language therapy needs.

Excellent experience
We've had an excellent experience with ChatterBug. We've used two different therapists, not only have we had good results but it's clear that they really care about my daughter and her progress. She really enjoys the sessions, the therapists are great not only at working on the speech issues but also on knowing how to get and keep her attention so that we get the most out of each session.
