I was very disappointed my amendment which I sent and was informed the wrong word would of been changed unfortunately had not which spoilt what would of been a lovely present.

We always want our customers to receive exactly what they have designed, which is why we encourage everyone to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
To help with this, we provide a one-hour grace period after an order is placed, allowing customers to check their design and make any changes themselves if needed. This information is displayed on both the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email.
As our production process is designed to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, any amendments after purchase must be made using our automated amendment system.
This allows customers to update their design in exactly the same way it was originally created and the customer approves their amend on screen which ensures accuracy and removes any ambiguity in the requested amend.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a manual amendment service, which we clearly state & advise that If you request a manual amend, this will not be actioned unless you make the amend yourself via our automated amends system.

This process is explained throughout our website, and we also sent an email advising that any required changes could be made using the amendment system. From our records, it appears that this option was not used in this instance.
We are therefore disappointed to receive a negative review, as we provided both the tools and opportunity for amendments to be made before production. Thousands of our customers successfully use this system each year to make changes to their orders quickly and easily.
