Very good Company for service and product

I emailed before ordering to ask a specific question and received a helpful reply the next day. I could play around with my photo and wording, see a preview and save my ideas before going ahead. I love the finished product which arrived on time well packaged. Thank you for a great experience.

This was a 1st anniversary gift for my daughter. The quality of the product was not great. For £50.00 I could have produced this better myself. I cannot give this as a gift and therefore, wasted my money. The photograph was not centred in the heart shaped photograph, losing part of the grooms head ! It took three attempts to deliver and we missed my daughters first anniversary - not great !

During the ordering process, customers upload their own photos, position them within the design, and are shown a live preview of the finished artwork before placing their order. This allows every customer to see exactly how their personalised wall art will look before it is printed.
Having reviewed your order, I can see that we have produced the design exactly as it was created and approved during the ordering process. While we completely appreciate that personal tastes and expectations can sometimes differ once a product is received, we are unfortunately only able to manufacture the artwork based on the design that was submitted and approved.
We genuinely want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase, so we are naturally disappointed to receive a one-star review when the item has been produced in accordance with the design and preview that was approved at the time of ordering.

You can also find the latest tracking information in your dispatch email, which provides the most accurate and up-to-date delivery status for your order.
I can see that you placed two orders with us. One order was successfully delivered by UPS on 27th May. The second order was out for delivery with Royal Mail on 29th May, but it appears that no one was available to receive it at the time of delivery. Royal Mail has therefore returned the parcel to your local delivery office, where it is currently awaiting either collection or redelivery instructions from you.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, particularly when you're looking forward to receiving your order. However, as both tracking numbers and delivery updates were provided when your orders were dispatched, we're really disappointed to receive a one-star review based on a delivery attempt that was unfortunately unsuccessful as there was no one home to receive it.
