Poor haircut experience
I mentioned on the phone I had curly thin hair. I was offered some appointment slots. I should've specified I needed/wanted someone with some experience with curly hair..
The hairdresser was lovely, just clearly inexperienced with curly hair. Terrible hair cut. No style. Flat. Dull. Hardly any curls. Just very disappointed.
